We stayed here for a short break of three nights in the attic room. We had arranged to be met at the airport by the hotel car and the driver was waiting for us and whisked us away in style to the hotel. The position of this accommodation is absolutely superb being literally steps away from one end of Charles... More

We stayed at this hotel for three nights. The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Charles bridge, everything within a walking distance. The Royal room I booked was not that spacious, but nicely decorated. The staff was very friendly . A few downsides for this places in our personal opinion : 1. No elevator. Our room was... More

Stayed at residence for 2 nights with my teenage daughter. This is not a hotel but is a charming building with a tiny reception area. The rooms were as advertised, large, comfortable with lots of attention to detail. I did pay for upgrade as I wanted a room with street view. The room was spotless, the disappointing bit was the... We did not stay at this hotel, we just had lunch at the restaurant on our way back to the Old Town, after having visited the many churches in the area. It's located immediately after the Charles Bridge, coming from the Old Town, can't miss it. Service and food was excellent. One of the unforgettable highlights of our post river... More

You could walk back and forth across the Charles Bridge all day long to Lesser town and walk right by this beautiful hotel and restaurant. We ate at the restaurant that is operated and overseen by one of Czech's culinary chefs and well acclaimed by the dinners he serves out of the place. Fantastic food! A pleasant surprise for the... I stayed at the hotel for three nights. It is located three minutes walk from the Charles Bridge, which makes it a perfect starting point for a walk city tour. I arrived little earlier than official check-in time, nevertheless my room was ready. The room (as well as the other premicies) was very clean, and carefully cleanned every day, but... More

Perfectly organised when I checked in (my room was even ready before 2pm). The person at the reception was fantastic: he took the time to explain how the hotel worked, gave me a map of Prague, explained what was to be seen, gave me tips about ATM, transportation etc. Later, he helped me book a guided tour and got me... This hotel should form part of your Prague experience. It is located in between of the castle and the old town. In fact, it is located right next to Charles Bridge. Once you stepped out of the hotel, you can see people performing along the street and along Charles Bridge. The hotel comes with breakfast and you get to choose... More

My girlfriend and I visited this cute little boutique hotel this July. Location - Location was great just 100 meters from charles bridge on the mala strana (lesser town) side. Close to all locations yet not that crazed as some parts of the old town. Service - The service was excellent we recieved everything we needed, since this is a... More

My fiancée and I spent 4 nights in this hotel, and it was a truly amazing experience. From the booking service online (and solving some issues over the phone) to the cab reservation (waiting for us at the bus station) since before our arrival we had a top grade service. Arriving at the hotel, the reception service received us using... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
