I loved this hotel and the room we stayed in on the 4th floor with skylights and a view of the Opera was beautiful. Our room was beautiful, very clean, with contemporay furniture, nice hardwood floors, exposed beams, small but very nice contemporary bathroom. Breakfast was above average, but considering what we were charged for a room with breakfast, I... more

This is a good hotel for the price you pay but it is most definitely not 5 star and I do not think it should be listed as 5 star. What does this make the other 5 star hotels i.e. Four Seasons or Hilton, They would then be 7 stars. It was a very nice 3 - 4 star hotel.... more

Stay at this hotel for my partners birthday and found it ideal. The hotel was spotless, the breakfast more than adequate and the staff friendly and helpful. It was excellent value for money and in a very conveneint location within walking distance of Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, and the Old Town. We would not hesitate to stay again and recommend... more

Very clean, comfortable hotel. Tastefully decorated, comfortable bed. Staff were friendly and helpful when we asked about how to get to various places in Prague and how to catch the metro/bus back to the airport. We were up in the attic which gave us beautiful beams in the room and a stunning view over the city. Breakfast was good (especially... more

I was in Prague for one night and stayed here as I got a good deal with octopus.com. Good location and less than five minutes from the nearest Metro station. The room was clean and spacious. However, usually I associate 5 star hotels with decent toiletries, e.g. Molton Brown, Elemis, etc, not what was on offer here. While the range... more

Stayed 3 nights which were 3 nights too long. Se were supposed to have had a buffet dinner on the 1st night but it was practically non-existent. My wife and I just had the desert. Another tour must have scoffed everything which might have been edible. Just about everyone on our tour must have complained to the tour operator. As... more

Located in a good central location - only minutes from the town centre. Nice, spacious and well decorated room. Overall, the hotel offered good value for money but I would not call it a 5 star hotel. More like a good 4 star hotel. Staff were in short supply and seemed over busy. However, we would stay there again as... more

On arrival sat down to a prearranged buffet which was awfull, no choice, cold food, staff not interested. Although most of the rooms were very good, ours was for a disabled person (which we are not) therefor had no bath or shower, had to kneel down to have a shave in very low mirrors, no cupboards etc. Staff at reception... more

We cannot really fault this hotel, except to say that is isn't 5-star quality. It's in a fairly good location, the breakfast was quite good, the room was small but clean and comfortable. Front desk was pretty chaotic and unorganized. We stayed at the Eurostars David (4-star) about 18 months ago and found it to be a better hotel. Not... more
