The staff were fantastic and the room was even better than we hoped it would be. Breakfast was great with lots of choice. This was in a perfect location ideal for walking between the various sights Prague has to offer. It was also just round the corner from the Hemingway Bar, which is also a definite recommend for cocktail lovers.

Fantastic location for sightseeing and good breakfast buffet. Everything else is average particularly the service. Staff seemed to have a very indifferent approach (if/when anyone was present) i.e we were looking for staff to ask for info, to order food/drinks, to pay etc

Without any surprises (good or bad) or , thinking about it, much atmosphere. Location good in that it is close to most business and tourist POI's but entrance is on a busy road. Staff friendly and helpful | room good size and clean| breakfast not bad at all. TV channel choices limited but I guess that's not the main reason... More

my room was on the first floor facing the back street. quiet, good temperature control, modern, very good bathroom, great bed. about 1-2 blocks from Tram and from Metro-B. the staff was nice, 1 person a little "busy" to give me too much time, but the other 5 i interacted with were great. for the price i paid, it was... Pleasant enough hotel. Room was nice and cleaning within a decent en suite. Very good location. The trip was spoilt by a rather surly staff member demanding 15 krona per night tax on checking out. They don't tell you this when you arrive, so if you are planning a long stay just bear this in mind.

The hotel it's very clean and minimalistic.... but that is not something bad. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There wasn't much of a desk, so work wise this might not be the best place to go, but it was very close to the city centre and most of the taxis knew how to get here. It's... More

Even though they announce that its a 4 star hotel, at some points it did not feel like it at all. For example, Bathroom doors are right next to the bed, like 30 cm from it. And its made from glass, almost seethrough. Location of a hotel is good, but take a note that there will be problems with parking.... More

I am very often in this hotel in Prague. They have a garage in the cellar with only 7 places; very narrow but at least they have a parking, which is rare in Prague. There is another parking near to the hotel at the national theatre. The rooms are nice; only issue is that the mattress is too hard. Breakfast... More

Hotel was clean and located close to the Old Town square which made it easy for us to get out into the city. Breakfast was good with lots of variation. However, the hotel was advertised as 5 stars which it most certainly is not. Initially met staff who didn't appear interested in what they were doing. No bath in room... More

This hotel was absolutely great. I was there for three nights and even upgraded to the romantic experience. The hotel is located near St. Charles Bridge (5min walk). The staff is great and the breakfast is awesome. The rooms were spacious and the price was even better. I wish I could've spent more days in Prague.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
