Very, very pleased with this hotel. The reception was friendly and efficient (not in a 'have a nice day' way but just quietly kind). The room was spacious and with a high ceiling and lovely bathroom. Breakfast was fantastic - everything you want and lots of decent tea and coffee. There are plenty of cheap and decent local restaurants nearby... More

I have stayed in the hotel for a week on business. Reception staff are young student looking people who will smile back if you try very hard to please them. Well, they do the job but no hospitality there or friendly reception. The corridor does give a hospital feeling despite the good design of the floor tiles. The room temperature... More

Good situation. Very close to the dancer and one of the major subway stations in Prague home. The hotel is very clean, offer a very good service and breakfast is very complete. They offer shuttle service to the airport or wherever you choose. They indicated complete tourist information about the city.

Had a good experience staying here. Room was nice and spacious especially the bathrooms. Location was a good 15 min walk from the old town. We spent most of the time walking around the town however was nice to come back to a clean, spacious and comfortable room. The only fault i have was the lighting in the room was... More

As other folks have mentioned, it is within a leisurely 20-25 minute walk of Charles Bridge/Old Town Square/Wenceslas Square and very close to the structurally interesting Dancing House. The buffet breakfast was great and could not fault it. Definitely try the croissants! Our room was good - The only things stopping me giving the hotel 5/5, is that the headboard... More

We had a great time in prague and the value of this very nice and well placed hotel peaked our visit. The maids were good, consistent. The buffet breakfast was also good as it was served as late as 10:30. Could not complain about anything they offered as a service. The fact that we were situated roughly 1 mile from... More

On a trip for business a n d pleasure, we greatly appreciated this hotel as it is centrally located, very quiet, comfortable with a wide, comfortable bed, a room with a high ceiling, good service, offered a rather vast choice at breakfast and was not too expensive. In all, excellent quality and enjoyable as an experience. We will gladly return.

This hotel it's an excellent hotel with a good location, 10m walk by the river and you're at Charles Bridge. Public transport very near the hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the breakfast have a good variety. The receptionists are very kind and helpful.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2014

The hotel was a disappointment as we were expecting 4 stars services and got maximum 3. Weaknesses: - no carpets (wooden floors in the rooms and hospital style floors on the halls); - noisy bed, doors and AC; - wooden window cases with broken locker; - small reception (it rather seems to be cloackroom reception); - the doors are locked... Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
