The hotel has a wonderful location which is why I chose the hotel. Unfortunately we were disappointed with everything else. The beds were so uncomfortable we could not get a good nights sleep even though we were so tired. It was also terribly noisy and my daughter was bitten horribly by insects. excellent location. rooms very clean and exactly as photos on website. stayed at weekend with room overlooking street had no problem with noise. breakfast served in sister hotel next door. typical european fare. would return and hopefully soon more

All of you Trip Advisor writers were right, At the Black Star was perfect. We arrived on a Friday and stayed through Sunday. It is VERY difficult to drive to because of the one way streets and pedestrians (on Friday late in the afternoon). They have pay parking about 1/4 mile away.
