This is the best situated hotel in Prague. Close to Charles bridge and all major attractions in Prague. Also metro near by too. Couldn't fault the place at all. Breakfast excellent too. Slept well on comfiest bed I've ever had pleasure to sleep in. Wifi was also excellent.

My friends and I stayed here 2 nights and it was our best stay of any hotel on our 10 day trip. The staff greeted us with open arms and were so extremely helpful with directions, advice, and suggestions for things to do and places to eat in Prague. The food is also amazing! We would order drinks from downstairs... More

Stayed at the Lokal Inn for five nights. Great location, both for sightseeing and for food (Lokal is my one of my favorite places to eat). Amenities were as promised. Hotel staff were the outstanding part of the stay, they were very responsive to pre-trip emails and sent all needed information. Had no wifi issues or noise issues. Room could... More

We stayed at this hotel from 6th - 8th March. The whole experience was fantastic, our rooms were beautiful with a well stocked mini bar and lots of lovely toiletries in the bathroom. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept in. The young lady on the reception was so helpful from helping us to understand where to... More

We had a great time staying here. Rooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Couldn't be better placed for seeing the main sights - Charles Bridge just a minute away - but really quiet area. The receptionist on duty most of the time during our stay was very friendly and so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.

Spent a long weekend at this hotel and what a gem. It is a pub but don't let that put you off ! The rooms were wonderfully spacious, very clean, had all facilities, really comfy bed ( in fact best first night's sleep ever in a hotel !!) and on a quiet back road. It's so well located near Charles... More

An original old and interesting building. Big and good rooms, very friendly stuff. The location is great: Charles Bridge is just around the corner. A very weak wifi signal in the room: we could use it only on the balcony. A poor soundproofing - heard as guests walk in the other rooms A choice of food at breakfast was really... More

Visited in January with our adult children and originally booked an apartment but changed to this hotel because of its character, location and novelty being above a brewery. Downstairs the very popular pub offered local dishes and plenty of beer at reasonable prices to a local crowd but upstairs the rooms were quiet and spacious, not fancy but extremely comfortable... This small hotel was perfectly situated for walking to the key landmarks including: Prague Castle (15 minutes), Charles Bridge ( 2 minutes) , Old Town Square (15 minutes). The hotel staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and although did not vary was plentiful. The evening food was super however booking is... More

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
