My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. It is only 5 - 10 minutes to walk to Wenceslas Square, so a good location. The hotel was spotlessly clean. very nice hotel. about 15 minute walk from old town and close to tram. very helpful staff. nice modern room - comfortable bed, great shower. we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and especially loved the sauna. btw, the employee with the stutter referred to in a previous review was extremely helpful and courteous. only downside - the doors are very large... more

Stayed at Crystal Palace for 5 nights at jan. 2007. Prague was great at winter and after sunset the cathedrals and other majestic buildings really came to alive. The lightning was spectacular sight so I definitely recommend visiting Prague when there really gets dark after sunset.
