Fantastic service at this quiet hotel on very busy Nerudova street. The front desk manager was exceptional and full of great information, she made time to be helpful, which was refreshing. I reqally enjoyed staying here but i think we had the cheapest room in the hotel. do beware if you are staying here that the rooms on the 3rd floor are basically attic rooms and although large, have very little head room. This is our second stay in Santini Residence on both occasions we have stayed in the suite Veronika. Just perfect, beautiful suite, lots of space, comfortable bed, marble bathrooms.
