Ibis Praha Old Town is an hotel excelently located. Beter would be impossible. Hotel is recently refurbushed so facilities are pretty new and clean. Breakfast is pretty good, more than you will need for a long day walking arround Praga. Staff is attetions even thow it is a Ibis which means low cost and few staff. The negative point is... More

Small bedroom good if you are back packing. There is no room to put 2 mid size suitcases. Also the bathroom is very small only one person can fit at the time. There is a big and very good breakfast every morning . the location is excellent walking distance two calls for each the main plaza shopping pops and restaurants.

This hotel was centrally situated in the old town, a modern hotel in the old architecture so a pleasant contrast, it was modern and funky, set up for travellers, simple but tasteful standard rooms, great breakfasts in main dining area, the staff assisted with tourist destination info and how to se the public transport and when we checked out they... Me & my wife stayed at Ibis old town and we are strongly recommend this hotel. It is only 3 stars, but it was very clean, good breakfast, good shower, comfortable bed, friendly stuff and great location in the center of town, very near to all the important places.

I stayed here with my sister when we were in Prague for 3 nights. This is a very basic hotel with extremely small rooms. Hardly enough room to move around the beds. But it's cheap, very clean, quiet, and extremely close to everything. We don't spend alot of time in our room except for sleeping, so it was actually perfect... More

We stayed at the Ibis Old Praha between the 06th and 8th May 2015. The location is fantastic. 5 minutes away from many amenities and main squares. The service matches the Ibis standards meaning efficient and straightforward. Rooms were very clean and beds super comfortable. Breakfast is good but nothing special. Still I would choose the Ibis again and recommend... More

I usually stay at Wenceslas Square for convenience. However, this hotel (IBIS) is only 5-10 min walk from the square and has plenty to offer in the way of bars and restaurants in the Old Town area. There's a huge shopping centre two doors up from the hotel. It looks like an old theatre and has a neon sign 'Palladium'.... More

It is better than regular hotels Ibis. Localization is just perfect, nearby all best attractions. Rooms are bigger than usual (but without minibar). And breakfast is better than usual as well. Staff is very committed to make your stay comfortable. Internet signal at rooms almost not works, but it good at bar and lobby area.

This hotel is superbly located. We got a very good deal on the rates because we booked during a 50% off sale. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The wifi was weak but that is the only fault I can find. Can't go wrong with this hotel.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
