In walking distance of mostly everything or tram or underground. The staff were really friendly and suggested many things for us to do. And helped us book our train for when we departed. It was a perfect stay for me and my partner for 3 nights.

Location is great; short walk into the Old City. Hotel modern and clean. Rooms small and not much storage space. We were there in the winter; heating was fine but I do not know if they have a/c. Value for money was excellent. Good breakfast. Next door to a new modern mult-stored shopping center with coffee shops if you want... More

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. It was modern and very clean. The rooms were small, but had enough room for 2 people to move around comfortably and lay down our suitcases. The bathroom was small, but the shower was a good size and had good pressure and hot water. The meals at the hotel were... More

The hotel is very nice with very good location - close to Vatzslav square, the Clock tower, situated in the old part of the city. It is just in 30 minutes walk from the old town. The rooms are comfortable and clean. There is free WIFI. The breakfast is very good also. There is change and shop, which is 24h... More

Hotel services are limited, yet not expected more of a 3 star hotel. There is free and fast WIFI and all areas are clean, modern design and just minutes walk from the historic down town. Great welcome at the Reception. great Housekeeping services, wonderful breakfast. Prague is beautiful and was helpful to be able to reach most of the city’s... More

I looked for a long time to find a place in Prague around new years day. I searched for apartments to accommodate a family with teens. This was a great choice for a short stay. The family suite had two large beds (1 large sofa and 1 queen), reasonable space around the bed, a couple of lounge chairs and lots... More

Travelling from Berlin by train we received a warm welcome at Ibis Praha Old Town reception which made all the difference. We stayed at several Ibis hotels during our trip which took us to Frankfurt , Berlin, Prague, Milan , Verona , Innsbruck and Munich in Dec 2014 and early Jan 2015 and we could easily compare with the service... This Ibis is like most other Ibis hotels: . Good position near downtown . Fair price . Located near a metro station . Standard room. What I like of these hotels is that you rarely get a bad surprise. Just a note: they don't supply many towels, you have to ask for.

Not a luxury hotel but pretty clean and modern. Location is perfect..right on the heart of Prague. Rooms aren't too big but are the right fit if what you are looking is just a place to sleep. 100% recommended. Has free wifi and breakfast included Great service...very welcoming staff

It's really nice place to stay in Prague. Inside old town, close with all interest points to visit just walking. Restaurants, museums and Main Square and Astronomical Clock. Cost is according room and service. Good breakfast and services.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
