i stayed here two nights on a business trip, the hotel is very comfortable, with cozy beds, and large rooms. bathroom has good size and fully functional. at night it was surprisingly quiet, but it was in winter. the price is very reasonable. the only negative point was that the room was far too hot and there seemed to be... A clean, comfortable hotel. Close to the main parts of the old town and easy walking distance/ tram routes to others. Please note you have to pay extra for tea and coffee facilities in your room in this hotel, different from other ibis in this respect. There is a really good supermarket around the corner with a coffee machine (30p)... More

The location of the hotel is brilliant 400 meters from Old Town Square, the prices were normal, small but clean rooms, very nice breakfast, the only problem was the staff of the reception. Almost everyone was extremely rude and not helpful with their guests. As tourists we tried to ask some information about the city, about attractions etc. They always... More

Since hotels in Prague in general are quite pricey despite it's cheap cost of living, even Ibis is not an exception. Stayed here for two nights and overall enjoyed my stay, however if I had more budget I would go elsewhere, but this place is enough. My main issue was that I asked for a double bed, not 2 single... Basic hotel, clean and tidy and comfy beds, good for the price. Food is nice, however only had breakfast included. Can be noisy if you keep the window open, due to traffic outside. Nice short trip away. Very beautiful in old town. Lovely buildings and nice restaurants

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
