Hotel is in very nice old building, with lovely patio and ambient. Our room was on the street level and facing the road, but that didn't bother us much, as it had a good set of windows. Room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was more than decent. Hotel is close to the city center (one day we walked... more

I have stayed at this Hotel before about 3 years ago. Not a lot has changed really. The rooms are fresh and spacious but a bit basic. My partner and I had two single beds pulled together to make a double but we only had two single quilts. The bathroom was modern but only had a hand held shower head... more

TV had two english channels Eurosport and CNN. Double glazing and heating worked well, to well for me and I had to... more

We had a quadruple room which was very spacious with a separate bedroom. It was basic but very clean. On the downside, there is no kettle, only English channel was CNN, the bath/shower had no shower curtain and there was no fridge. Having no fridge was no real issue as we put our perishables in between the double glazing and... more

I stayed here with my mother in January and we couldn't fault it. It does have many stairs, so elderly or slightly immobile people should consider this. Breakfast is sparse but adequate, and the rooms are neutral but clean and well appointed, some have baths, others just showers. The location is lovely, and the tram services and metro of Karlovy... more

Nice little hotel. Central, a 5min walk and you have all the trams as subways you whant. Prices are below average, rooms are big and nice but some rooms are noisy because of the trams that run right by the hotel. Impossible to black out room because curtains are too thin, but anyway, you should wake up early and visit... more

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in April. We were very happy with this accomodation. It is eay to get to by bus and metro from the airport. The management was friendly and helpful. The rooms are large, spotless and quiet. The bathroom is also large with bathtub and handheld shower. The breakfast is buffet... more

Got a good deal through one of the Czech websites. February is not a popular time in Prague! The room was spacious and very clean. The sheets were good quality and spotless. The hotel has fitted two sets of windows to keep the noise down (trams). However, we slept with these open at night and it was fine. The water... more

Very clean (almost new), well located for walking or tram. Easy walk from Wenceslas Square. Very kind and knowledgeable staff: Shaka, Eva, and Theresa were perfect! They also had locked parking! A real find. Very quiet area. more

I stayed here for a weekend in December The hotel was much better than I had hoped, for from the moment we got there I found everyone who worked here exceptionally friendly and efficient. The staff gave us great reccommendations for restaurants and took the time to look up on the internet for specific directions if they didnt know them... more
