I stayed here with my mother in January and we couldn't fault it. It does have many stairs, so elderly or slightly immobile people should consider this. Nice little hotel. Central, a 5min walk and you have all the trams as subways you whant. Prices are below average, rooms are big and nice but some rooms are noisy because of the trams that run right by the hotel.
