Walking up the flight of stairs to the floor where the rooms were located was not a good first impression. It was very grubby. Once we entered the door to our room we were pleasantly surprised. Before writing the review one must bare in mind that staying in the centre of Prague is not an inexpensive exercise. Quite honestly, I was shocked at some of the prices. I stayed in hotel Accord in July 2007 3 nights and it was excellent. Location is great just few minutes walk from old town area. Room was nice and clean with modern bathroom and stuff was extremely kind. There was breakfast in the restoraunt across the street with great food. more

Great location shame about the noise. If you value your sanity please do not stay at this hotel. It is on a busy road and is very noisy - all night long!! The hotel is ideally situated close to the old town square so is a good base for exploring the city. Don't be put off by the exterior, the rooms are on one floor of a four storey building and are secure. We stayed at the Pension Accord for two nights. The room was sparse, but who cares. The carpet needs to be changed, but the room was clean with huge windows. The bathroom was modern. Although mixed guidebook reviews we stayed here. Hotel okay, good location but walls paper thin and only breakfast down street starting at 0900.
