I stayed here in November/December 2014 with a group of friends for a special birthday weekend away. The hotel was fantastically located; a very short walking distance to Wenceslas Square and about a ten minute amble to Old Town Square. All the main tourist attractions are within easy walking distant and those further afield are equally easy to get to... More

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and has an excellent location. The breakfast offerings were numerous and very tasty. The extra large croissants were light and airy...some of the best I have ever had.

We visited the Prague and stayed at Yasmin hotel during December 2011, the hotel is conveniently located Close main attractions however I have two comments , arriving to Prague at 7:00 am the hotel didn't manage to allow U.S. early check in before noon which was exhausting . The breakfast is not impressive otherwise we liked the room and the... More

The Yasmin hotel is very close to Wenceslas Square and a short walk from the Airport Express bus stop next to the main railway station. The room was very clean and comfortable and ours was a good size. This is a 'design' hotel so decor is quirky and rather minimalist. In my opinion the main downside to this hotel is... More

A big ‘design’ hotel close to the centre of Prague. In my opinion not really a spectacular design but with some design elements in the interior. Rooms are clean and airy. Amenities and interior of the rooms are sufficient. Breakfast is extensive with a nice choice and dinner was good. Airco wasn’t working properly, the room was too warm. There... More

I visited Prague in the summer (end of july 2013) for 7 days. I liked very much the modern design, the diversity of breakfast (excellent desserts), very nice personal. The location is 10minutes walk from the railstation, and very close to the center. Congrats for the cleanliness. In was a great vacation.

My wife and I visited Prague for 4 nights and this was a great base for the trip - the concierge very kindly explained the best way to reach the hotel from the airport in advance via e-mail for which we were grateful - the 119 bus to pick up the green 'A' subway to Museum landed us a short... Nice hotel specially because of the location. Book thrue mr and mrs smith and you will get a bottle of sparkling wine for free. Rooms are ok. But you better upgrade to a suite to get some space. Breakfast is poor and coffee even worse. Although the staff is very friendly.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
