We stayed at the Yasmin - part of a large tour group - and were treated like members of an extended family. Good people there - from the front desk (see David's pic below) to the porters and the bartenders (see pic below of my very 1st Slivovitz!) Our room was a wee bit spartan, but comfy and quiet. The... As our flight did not arrive in Prague till 11pm ,I booked a taxi through resorthoppa.com for £29 return for the two of us.Well worth the money-efficient and on time arriving and departing! The Yasmin was absolutely lovely.I've tried to come up with something to complain about but can't!Nothing was too much trouble. I asked if they knew anywhere where I... More

rooms here are very clean and modern. Only had breakfast here and it was average jut a real variety as offered by others I stayed in. Don't count in WIFI in room I could not get connected and need to use lobby. They don't like to replenish tea and coffee that you need to chase up.

Arrived early hours so check in was quiet, despite previous communication with hotel requesting a smoking room & my husband had requested something for my early birthday treat, they informed us that the junior suite was non smoking & they couldn't offer us another room all weekend as full, my husband was not very happy & it was a bitterly... Three days in mid-May recently in Prague saw me staying at Yasmin. It is tucked away on cobbled streets in Nove Mesto, only a 5 minute walk from Wenceslas Square and the centre of tourist Prague. The staff were very helpful throughout my stay, and organised trips and transport to and from the airport. My room was an inner room... More

I stayed here in November/December 2014 with a group of friends for a special birthday weekend away. The hotel was fantastically located; a very short walking distance to Wenceslas Square and about a ten minute amble to Old Town Square. All the main tourist attractions are within easy walking distant and those further afield are equally easy to get to... More

This hotel is clean, comfortable, and has an excellent location. The breakfast offerings were numerous and very tasty. The extra large croissants were light and airy...some of the best I have ever had.

We visited the Prague and stayed at Yasmin hotel during December 2011, the hotel is conveniently located Close main attractions however I have two comments , arriving to Prague at 7:00 am the hotel didn't manage to allow U.S. early check in before noon which was exhausting . The breakfast is not impressive otherwise we liked the room and the... More

The Yasmin hotel is very close to Wenceslas Square and a short walk from the Airport Express bus stop next to the main railway station. The room was very clean and comfortable and ours was a good size. This is a 'design' hotel so decor is quirky and rather minimalist. In my opinion the main downside to this hotel is... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
