I had stayed at Pension U Lilie on a previous occasion and enjoyed it quite a lot. When I thought I was going to go to Prague again, I booked a room there for myself and my wife. The booking was made five months before the planned trip. Within days I realized that I would not be going to Prague... More

Stayed here for four nights in March. The location was great. The bedroom and bathroom were on the small side, but they were clean and comfortable. Our room was on the street and was somewhat noisy at night. The breakfast wasn't great, but it was nice to have available. The owners were very helpful, and had good recommendations for restaurants... More

What a wonderful find! We were walking distance to just about everything! Walked to the Charles Bridge, music venues, many restaurants, etc. The room was quite comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. It was quite warm but they provided fans for the room. That really helped. The included breakfast was wonderful. I would highly recommend this Pension to anyone!

I stayed in this lovely pension in the end of July 2015, and I must highly recommend it to everyone, who considers visiting Prague. Pension is situated in very city centre, literally few steps from Charles Bridge and the Old Town square. Since my arrival was the reception staff really friendly and helpful. The room was well furnished and big... More

This was near the Charles Bridge and bang in the center of the Old Town. It was also incredible value. It was a rooftop apartment so you had to climb a ladder to reach it. There was no air conditioning, only a fan. The bathroom was clean, modern and nice with a shower. The room was very small.

We were very pleased with this quaint little pension when we stayed here for 3 nights in August 2014 and also in July 2010. The many different rooms we used were all clean, comfortable, and unique, although not fancy. The breakfast was sufficient. The restaurant nestled in the courtyard was so cozy and lovely with flowers. We enjoyed the menu... More

Nice little hotel in an absolutely fantastic location in The middle of Prague! Sure, the room is small and not very modern, the elevator is tiny (really tiny!), but the bed was super comfortable and the shower was great. Also, excellent staff, Lukas was very helpful and nice, helping me with everything I asked. The breakfast was not that good,... More

We enjoyed lunch in backyard garden, which was good. After lunch Lukas prepared the best cappuccino what I ever had. The only thing what could... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
