First impression, the building looked grim from the outside. Recognise the front of the building as the side opposite the big bus terminal. At the front of the building, out of two doors, choose the door on the right side as it is the hotel entrance. Once inside, there is a small flight of stairs (a little warning for those... More

Excellent location, metro just outside the entrance, large rooms, good service, fulfilling breakfast, almost every day changing of the sheets and towels, great personnel at breakfast, a big mall and numerous trams just 5 mins walking, good view of the city, quiet outside the elevator area. On the other side, everybody else, including Jana, whom I wanted to meet after... More

Dear Raluca Cruceru, Thank you very much for your review, we appreciate it. I would like to apology again for the heating problems. The technicians had been working on the repair right from the beginning. Unfortunately, they forgot to let me know that your heating will work properly until the next morning. We feel sorry about that and we hope... More

I was recommended this hotel by a colleague from Prague and thought it was great. Initially the location seemed a bit dodgy: opposite a bus station and with a casino next door, but actually the area was fine and as a solo female traveler I never felt unsafe. The location is actually very convenient. There are loads of trams around,... More

Having recently stayed at the Akcent Hotel, we had breakfast included in our package. The hotel is lovely and clean, and the room size was more than what we needed in a twin room. Perfect for what we wanted. The location is great too, right near a metro (although we did not find the need to use it and walked... More

nice hotel, friendly staff. hotel located in a great location, just right next to metro and bus station. if you plan to visit Cesky Krumlov the next day like us, this is the best hotel to pick, less than 1 mins walk to the bus station. Hotel room is nice, clean and confortable, also the breakfast is nice too.

Went there for 5 mights or so. I had a nice room with the view over the city and a balcony. chose this one for its price and location compared to other hotels in the city centre. Andel is a very convenient location to travel to the city centre and the metro is directly at the entrance of the hotel... More

Its more like a budget hotel. The rooms are small but its a lot cheaper than the better hotels in the city. Good location for touring the city Nothing special ... just an avg hotel at that price. Good for cheap breaks

Just returned from prague and really enjoyed our stay. Was very cheap so expected hotel to be terrible but we were pleasantly surprised. Location was very good - metro station directly outside for travel to the main city or could walk in 30 mins. Beer very cheap with the staropramen brewery opposite. Breakfast was standard but was not bad at... More

The hotel is located in an old soviet-style block, but the interior is very new and modern. The rooms are fully air conditioned and very spacious. Beds are comfortable, although we had to ask at reception for additional pillows. Not only were tea and coffee not free, they weren't in the minibar either - you had to go down to... More

Old school Soviet style hotel but excellent staff. They did a splendid job. It gave easy access to the metro and the breakfast was reasonable. Staff knew about the city and went out of their way to help me. The prices are good.
