Clean, big room, very big bathroom, friendly and helpful staff! Breakfast could have been better. Free wifi everywhere. Overall good stay in prague! Would come here again in the future. Taxis to the old town cost around 200 crowns, otherwise public transport is nearby available.

Good locations, just downside from the hotel, there is a metrostation and nearby trams. The breakfast was ok, but not the most interesting (not a lot of things). The Wi-fi was good. The price of the hotel could be better.

A very comfortable hotel located near a great shopping center and a metro station. It is about 25 minutes away from the airport by car. The rooms are clean, bright, very spacious with and without balconies. The hotel offers a simple but good choice for breakfast. The personnel at the reception is very friendly, helpful and very flexible in case... More

A little way out of town but for us as a couple this was a good budget hotel. Large comfortable very warm room when below freezing outside. I was a little worried after seeing other reviews about it being cold. Not the case for us. Right next to the metro. For the money this was very good. Good choice for... More

I believe that the first impression is the one that counts. We entered and it smelled like smoke at the reception, this wasn't too nice. Parking doesn't belong to the Hotel, but if you pay in advance it's cheaper. The staff was friendly at the check-in, but wasn't really helpful when we complained about the twin room we got instead... our travels took place in june 2013. akcent hotel is conveniently on the metro (andel stop) that emanates from nearby prague airport. ( a brief and cheap bus journey from airport to metro exists). an issue, not hotel related, is the drudge of stairs from the metro to street level with baggage. only 50m walk to the hotel lobby was... Hotel with metro-stop direct in front of the entrance. Big room, with balcony and nice bathroom. Beds are ok, but pillows are really bad (just a sheet with some air). Airco was not that efficient; it took quite a while before the room cooled down. And for the smokers....there are some smoking rooms available! (and in our room, you did... More

This hotel is underrated. I would even recommend this over the hotel I shall not name not much further down. This hotel is right by the metro, like literally, a few steps away from it. A 5 minute walk would get you to the tram stations and the Novy Smichov mall, which itself is pretty nice with all the latest... More

First impression, the building looked grim from the outside. Recognise the front of the building as the side opposite the big bus terminal. At the front of the building, out of two doors, choose the door on the right side as it is the hotel entrance. Once inside, there is a small flight of stairs (a little warning for those... More

Excellent location, metro just outside the entrance, large rooms, good service, fulfilling breakfast, almost every day changing of the sheets and towels, great personnel at breakfast, a big mall and numerous trams just 5 mins walking, good view of the city, quiet outside the elevator area. On the other side, everybody else, including Jana, whom I wanted to meet after... More

Dear Raluca Cruceru, Thank you very much for your review, we appreciate it. I would like to apology again for the heating problems. The technicians had been working on the repair right from the beginning. Unfortunately, they forgot to let me know that your heating will work properly until the next morning. We feel sorry about that and we hope... More
