This hotel is not the best of 4 Stars... it is true. HOWEVER the value for money ratio is just so good. And the location? WONDERFUL! Its under 15-20mins walk from basically all attractions, I didn't take public transport once in Prague because the wonderful location of this hotel, if you aren't a walker like me, there's also tram line...

Our first visit to Prague and it did not disappoint. The Caesar Hotel also made the stay most enjoyable. Other Trip Advisor comments refer to noise. This was not our experience. We had a room at the front on the 4th floor and we heard nothing from the road. I think some effective double glazing has been put in place....

Perfect for our needs. A central hotel with helpful reception staff at a good price. The room (antique superior room) was nothing special - a 'difficult' guest would have complained that the bed ( two beds pushed together with a double mattress frame perched on top) rocked. Great value for money, very clean and good location. We didn't use a tram or cab the whole time there. 15 min walk right to the centre if old town, 5-10 to wencelas square. Good breakfast too!
