We have just recently spent 6 unforgettable days in this beautiful Palace in the heart of Prague. There is no one single issue in our experience which could be rated less than excellent. If we are in Prague again, we go straight to Alchymist. Security is exceptional, Staff is highly professional and very friendly, the restaurant and spa facilities are... More

Loved staying in the Alchymist. So warm and friendly environment. It was like staying with family! It was immaculate, the service was impeccable! The entire environment no matter indoors or out was all so very inviting. Love love it!

If like me you hesitate to pay these prices when staying in Prague for a week, find a cheaper 4* hotel, but don't miss out on a meal in their restaurant at the Alchemist. It is on a par with the Paris Ritz in terms of decor, service, food, wines.....try the tasting menu for around £75 including a wide range... More

We arrived by train, bought two tram tickets for 24 CZK p.p. and just outside the trainstation took tram #5 to Malostranska and changed to tram # 12 to Malostranske namesti and a short walk (400yds) to the hotel. Check-in was swift and accompanied by a glass of champagne. The hotel is from the early 16th century and the furnishing... More

The hotel is located in the best section of Prague, on a quiet street near 3 embassies (read: extraordinarily safe). The staff did everything to make it a great visit, they even sent champagne on my birthday!!! The breakfast is really amazing. I didn't realize until my last day you can order from the menu as well as the laid... More

We booked a standard room and it was a bit smaller than we would have expected, but the decor and quality of everything in the room was every bit as amazing as we had hoped. We had high expectations for this hotel - we booked a single night here at the end of a long trip where we stayed at... More

We stayed here for our honeymoon in August 20114. The staff were well informed, helpful & friendly, the service was first class. We had a junior suite room & it was spacious & luxurious, we had bubbly & hand made chocs on arrival. All the pictures on the website truly reflect the standard of this hotel, we will definitely be... More

If I could, I would go anytime to Alchymist Hotel and SPA. Very nice premices, reception and facilities. People who love SPA as I do, don't miss it! The service matches the food, magnificent! Lovely, elegant and chic!

We were there in early September 2014. The hotel is quite charming and impressive. But my highest praise is for their honesty. We inadvertently left an envelope with cash, after we took our passports off the safe, and the hotel personnel sent it to us by way of Western Union. We are so impressed.

This is a fantastic boutique hotel. Only 42 rooms, but each of them are decorated so that you feel like you are in a palace. We stayed in room 203, the long couch invited you to stay and get comfortable. The service was very professional and friendly. The accommodations were keep pristine. The only thing wrong with this hotel is... More
