I booked the 2 bedroom suite for my mother's 75th birthday, and this hotel surpassed our expectations. The suite was huge (1200 sq feet), clean and very comfortable. They left a bottle of rose and chocolates the first day and had complementary champagne at check-in. The front desk was friendly and eager to please. The breakfast was adequate and the... More

Do not stay at this hotel! The reception is dishonest! I left money for my guide who prearranged it with the reception. When she came to get it, it was mysteriously missing! Stolen by the front desk! And all efforts to get to the bottom of this incident have been brushed aside by Mr Hamid the manager. You do not... More

Dear Guest, Thank you for your review. I can assure you that we have never had a situation like this one before and took the query very seriously. An investigation took place and all reception and front office staff who worked that day were questioned. Our staff members here are trustworthy and have been working at our hotel for several... The view from our 5th floor room was stunning: an iconic outlook of the Charles Bridge and castle. The location was great, with many good restaurants including the hotel's own, nearby. The staff was very efficient, friendly and welcoming, and very helpful in providing train station pick-up and driver services. The courtyard was lovely and WiFi was included. Unfortunately although... More

Booked this on trip advisor's recommendation as a surprise for hubby's birthday. Hotel was beautiful. Easy to get to and setting was great. The staff were excellent. Fell over themselves to help. Booked us concert tickets, ballet tickets, tour tickets, cancelled restaurants. Arranged cars to and from the airport. Nothing was too much trouble! The rooms were lovely. We had... More

My partner and I stayed here and what a fantastic weekend. Our room was stunning and the staff very friendly. Perfect location. We did not eat in the hotel as restaurants outside are much cheaper, but all in all a wonderful weekend.

I organized a business meeting in Prague with a bunch of people attending. We receive a note the hotel has water problems so a number of us need to share rooms. One of my colleagues then finds her bed invaded by insects. Hmmm this sounds bad. We had a couple of other problems with bookings but they dealt with it... More

Upon arrival at 10 am we were welcomed politely. Our room was not yet ready but they stored our luggage, served us coffee in the courtyard and helped with directions and asked if we would like them to book any tours, which we did, a very nice walking tour for the next day. When we got back that afternoon, the... More

What a stunning place to stay in Prague. Charles bridge is just across the road and the old town minutes away (also underground is a 5 minute walk) Our room 211 was beyond stunning and was the size of 3 rooms in one and we got a beautiful little balcony to sit on, which as we have a 2 year... Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
