We are a family of 4. The hotel room provided included two bedrooms, a kitchenette and a large dining room table. This provided an excellent alternative to preparing/eating in the room when the children were worn out! I was fortunate that I read another review that stated the room didn't provide pans to cook (even though there is a stove).... More

Hotel location is very good, close to metro stations and city attractions. Breakfast is ok, not much variations. Wi-fi is working nice. Room was big but furnitures are old. Hotel building has a history but in general it was very clean.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is good because it is close to two metro stations (two lines), and one of which connects to the airport bus. It is also walking distance to the museum. You can even walk from the hotel to Astronomical Clock within 20 minutes and Charlie Bridge for half an hour. It is... More

The hotel has great service, very close to Wenceslas Square and the Museum metro station (about 2 minutes on foot) which makes traveling Prague a delight. The rooms are small and quiet, which offer great sleep quality. The only minus was that our room did not have a fridge that we could use because the only fridge in the room... More

Though I only stayed for 1 night in this hotel, I am already in love with it. The reception girl is super nice, friendly and efficient. Though we were in a rush, she helped me and my husband to book for bus to cesky krumlov with efficient manner, and also booked a taxi for us in view of our urgency!... More

Hotel is about 5 blocks (uphill) from the main station. Rooms were spacious, furniture were a little dated but in a good way....antique furniture rather than worn out modern furniture. Bathroom clean with basic fixtures. Staff friendly and helpful...gave us a couple of fans. Walking distance to a small supermarket and to the Wensceslas Square. Breakfast was very good.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
