This is a comfortable hotel, well positioned hotel for the old town and transport access. Good breakfast and very helpful staff helped to make this stay memorable. I would recommend this hotel as the price and location should make it accessible for most travelers.

It's a nice comfy and clean place and walkable to the city centre . The staff is a little blasé and always in a hurry but it's a nice and boutique hotel . Good for a family, women travelling alone and even as a business pit stop . The breakfast is bad but the lunch is fantastic and decently priced... More

We were 3 friends staying at The Pink hotel for one night. We piked the hotel for the colour and the price :) We were pleasently supriced when we arrived. Big, comfortable and clean room, beds and bathroom. And...The free wi-fi actually works! The breakfast was really great as well.

...stayed 2 nights. We had a little communication difficulty, but workable. Nice staff and very helpful. The room to the Street was quiet as long as one did not open the Window. It was very clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom spacious... but could have use a shower curtain. Breakfast was continental, but very good. We had ordered a... More

The Pink Hotel is difficult to miss. The check in was seamless and the staff welcoming and efficient. The room was large and very clean. The location was close to old town and within walking distance to many sites of interest. If arriving at central train station DO NOT take tax unless you agree on price bf hand or you... More

I was traveling alone so I got a single room, which was very cosy but the bed was twin size and small when you are used to having a double, but other than that, the room was clean, had a wonderful shower and towel heater in the bathroom, a flat screen tv (only news channels in English) and nice carpeting.... Really lovely staff, the hotel was clean and quiet, beautiful with a great atmosphere. We had no problems whatsoever. Location was okay, the receptionist recommended a little restaurant just next to the hotel that does home made beer, we were told it was a bit pricey but worth it, and it was brilliant (recommend the banana flavoured beer). Overall, great experience,... More

The staff at the hotel was very nice. The food at breakfast was amazing. The Hotel is beautiful and every detail is sweet. You need to be really demanding to find a problem. Everybody was so polite and nice that I just enjoyed myself as much as possible. I think that the fact that people dont speak english works to... More

Booked onine for the long May weekend. On the arrival we have been told that our booking has been cancelled and they have no more rooms available. Why the booking has been cancelled? I will never find out. When asked the man at the reception (who claimed to be the owner) what he is going to do about it and... More

Basic accommodation, rooms are small but plenty of room didn't need much more, t.v, good wifi, very helpful and polite staff, and 24 hour reception which gives you a safer vibe also lots of security to enter building. Only downside walls are quite thin, so if people are hanging around corridors after dark you can hear it. Apart from this... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
