My wife and I stayed in the Artesse for 3 nights in May. The siting of the hotel was convenient for local bars and transport, but it is a kilometre from Charles' bridge and the centre of the city, not 300 metres as stated. There was no service in the hotel. We were given two quite small and flimsy towels... More

Amazing apartment, not too far from the touristy parts of Prague. Totally worth it for EUR 10 a night per head (5 people sharing an apartment). Seriously, this is cheaper than the rent I pay in London and the apartment here is much much nicer. What I liked: 1. Huge apartment 2. Very clean and nice 3. Friendly staff, spoke... More

As the name says, it is an aparthotel. So the room is a large one, with a small kitchen and a good-size bathroom. We had our room in the first floor (No. 211). The location is ok, because the Tram stop (Arbesovo) is only 100 feet away, and the Metro sation (Andel) is just one stop away in tram. The... More

Top floor apartment has a roof window which you cannot close in the living room, so if you sleep there you will wake up early in the morning... However it is a very good apartment, clean, big bathroom with bidet, friendly staff, good position, quite during night.

First the bad news! I booked an apartment via [--] and was given as my hotel 'VK Apartments at Janska 7. (I found this on the map and was happy with the location) It then turned out that this was a lower level agency that allocated me to Artesse Apartments - without any notification what so ever. The location of... More

I would thoroughly recommend this hotel and would stay here again. Our double room was huge. There was a big wardrobe, with a safe inside. On the other side of the room we thought there was another massive wardrobe but on opening was actually a kitchenette. Bathroom was a luxury white one - very clean. Can't remember how often towels... We had a big room for less than 60€ per night. the room was clean and the reception speaks a good english. the breakfeast was served in the room... the negative points are that the didn t change the towels during our stay and the room was a little bit too dark.

Found the room to be a very good bargain. Comfy double bed in a large room with ensuite bath/shower and bitdet. Clean. The location is also very convenient being 5 minutes walk from the underground station and 2 minutes from the tram stop. Also an easy walk to the castle area. Would recommend. Only do not expect a 24 hours... More

We stayed at this hotel in Oct 2006. The location is a good one once you have learnt how to take the trams. To walk to the main attractions and back can be a little too much for your feet at the end of the day. Highly advisable to get a tram pass, which is very affordable. The only let... More
