We traveled with a group of 4 and got a really big apartment in Grand Hotel for very good value (probably best value for space ever). Be aware of the fact that there is no cooking plate in the kitchen, if you would want to cook. Wifi works fine, private parking available but kind of expensive in comparison with the... More

Low cost and low level hotel. We stayed in a very big room infused with cigarette smoke on the ground floor in the annex. I have NEVER heard so much noice from a room above in any other hotel. We were almost worried they would fall through the cardboard(?) floor. Decent and filling breakfast but the staff could be more... More

Stayed for 5 nights. Large room (7) with large bathroom, however frequent and loud noise from room above became an increasing issue. Decent breakfast with range however, it was the same food everyday. Towels were not changed by cleaning staff, would have liked new towels at some point. Receptionist very nice, friendly and helpful.

Dear Sir, thank you for your feedback, we greatly appreciate it. As for the towels they are changed every three days or on request if you just leave it on the bathroom floor. I am sorry if you found the noise insulation insufficient, we will take a good look into the issue on management level and find a way to... More

We booked we booked a Two-Bedroom Apartment (90m2). Got a small room with 4 beds, messy and smelly. Near the enterance we had a dirty carpet (it was there because under there were no panels). The shower looked disguisting. Food was ok.

We had a very unfortunate start to our holiday in Prague.. When we landed in Prague we were picked up by our transfer (Holiday Taxis) which was previously arranged by our travel agent. However, worryingly the driver asked us for the address of the hotel as he said that there were three hotels with a similar name in Prague. We... More

I believe the only true reason I'm giving this hotel 2 stars is due to the efforts of the front desk staff. Unfortunately we never got her name, but she did work hard to make our stay more enjoyable. Suffice it to say that if it were not for her, we would've left early. Originally booked at the Bily Lev,... More

I stayed here in July 2012. i have stayed in many places but this was the worst. It is not in the city centre. The area around the hotel is not safe to walk after dark. The reception closes at 7.00 pm so no help getting directions, calling taxis etc. There was no telephone in our room. We were booked... More

As an experienced traveller my experience at the so called "Hotel Grand" was by far the worst ever. I do not know how this is even classed as a hotel let alone get 3 stars. My experience here clouded myself and my mothers city break to Prague. It was unbelievable it was so bad. I have outlined the reasons below.... More

Same owners as for hotels Seifert and Bily Lev. We were booked in Bily Lev for May 4-9, confirmed a month prior to trip. We arrived at Bily Lev and only there were told we had to move to Seifert. I insisted at least on a taxi voucher to move to Seifert as clearly a case of conscious overbooking. We... More
