We reserved two rooms at the Ventana for our family of 7. Our room over looked the Astromonical Clock and was one of the largest rooms we have ever stayed in! On checkin, the receptionist did not seem at all concerned that one of the booked rooms was not an attic deluxe and after a 'little' suggestion, changed it - this may have been a website/admin thing - no big deal. Had a weekend break at the Ventana, staying in a loft attic suite. Our room was very specious, tastefully decorated, had a very comfortable bed, modern bathroom and good views All the staff were very helpful and our late check-out request was no problem. We took advantage of the complementary afternoon tea, and found the mini-bar to be very reasonable... More
