Bad wi-fi which drops down every 10 secs, not good breakfast, terrible diner, not very clean rooms, far from the centre of Prague, rooms smell like burned vegetables for some reason at midnight which makes it even worse. At least the staff is kinda friendly and that makes it better. But still, not satisfied

Our staying in Vitkov Hotel was very terrible Rooms are small and the third bed they gave us is a smashed camp bed that collapsed twice. For dinner we had a disgusting dish of pasta with a strange ragù that seemed ketchup and nothing more apart from a ridiculus salad there was a very old model of tv and the... More

I think that i have never been in such an ugly Hotel... The room are dirty and the food is the worst in Praga. They try to steal your money in a lot of ways: You must pay 60€ if you broke a towel and 40€ for a small lamp ecc... If you go here you only lose a lot... More

We arrived early and yet we were allowed to check in and get a room. The room had a funny smell; as we reported it, the staff offered an alternative room, for which we are thankful! It was much bigger and had a bathtub unlike the first one and a nicer view outside. (We first had a room on the... More

It's kinda far from the center, you have to take a tram and a metro to get there or pay large sum of money for a taxi, doesn't have change station for money or hotel luxury like spa and stuff, overall nice small hotel very kind reception girls, nice small rooms

Vitkov looks like a purpose built round building from socialist era. And whilst the public areas have moved on, the rooms are stuck in the past. Cleanliness and general upkeep could have been better. Still - two of us, b&b three nights €90?! Well you cannot argue that. Reasonably comfy bed, (shame about torn linen), excellent shower, and reasonable breakfast... More

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Vitkov. The hotel was modern and clean, there is a nice large reception area and a good sized bar/restaurant/breakfast room area. The rooms are reasonably spacious and comfortable with a decent sized bathroom. The wifi isn't great in the building though and drops out at regular intervals. Breakfast is served each morning and... I booked this hotel due to the low price for a city break and visiting the hotel only for sleeping. However the price was from my point of view 'low cost' the hotel, rooms and everything was above expectations. Location is just in front of a tram station, which brings you to the city center in 15 minutes. Lot of... More

Yes, it's a bit far out but the trams are so simple it barely makes a difference. You're probably going to buy a 24 hr tram ticket anyway, right? The staff at this hotel are lovely and very helpful. The breakfast is about what you get in any other European hotel and it's all you can eat, so what's not... More
