We booked two night here out of four staying in Prague just in case we were disappointed and we were. The room abutted to the breakfast area and was very noisy. Also the room was cold and the curtains were falling down from their rails. The breakfast consisted of cereal, a few breakfast cakes on trays and some square pressed... More

The Easter weekend was pretty much booked in P., otherwise we would have heeded the warnings... Staff either unfriendly or unhelpful, or both. Smokers everywhere, lounging in the main lobby, everything smelly - what year are we in? Room very basic, you definitely do not want one facing the street, rather loud. Breakfast digestible, but unappealing. Internet consistently not working,... More

This hotel is at a great location, close to the old town square and Charles Bridge. We were in an 'apartment' for four, which we expected to have two separate rooms but instead it was one large room with two beds, table and chairs, TV + wardrobe. It was adequate for having a place to sleep but not more. Bathroom... More

This hotel was clean and is in a good location - easy walking distance to Charles Bridge and a lot that Prague has to offer. The rooms were nice (but with a funky/dirty couch that I wouldn't sit on) with moderately comfortable beds. But the service here had much to be desired. While I try to be as self sufficient... More

We hired an apartment for new year's weekend. Day receptionist is lovely and pleasant to deal with. Blonde night receptionist is obstinate and is very difficult to deal with. There were no wine glasses in the kitchenette, in fact only 3 glasses in total, when we asked for a fourth, we were told it was impossible! The hotel is an... More

The general impression is very good. The hotel is nice, with period furniture and stucco ceilings, very obviously renovated recently, and we found it very pleasant to stay. The receptionists were reasonably kind and helpful at all times. If you come by car, your vehicle will be at a dry and safe place at the Hotels's underground parking garage, available... More

I stayed at the residence bologna for a week at New Year's Eve. We could not have better accommodation. We booked a double room (anyway very cheap, depending on the location and for the period) and we found ourselves in a huge triple room with bathroom and kitchen! The reception was good and the cleanliness is satisfactory. The rooms are... More

Clean, VERY central location which saves money on expensive taxis in Prague. The pictures in the trip advisor site are definitely not the rooms we saw so dont get your hopes up, small kitchenette as you walk in the front door, decent sized bathroom ,two single beds together to act as a double but that seems to be the run... We stayed here with our kids, aged 10 and 14 for two nights while visiting Prague from California. The room was a one bedroom apartment with two twin beds in the living room for the kids. I would recommend this spot to friends. It was very well situated for easy access to the Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and restaurants... More

Everything about this hotel is not as they advertise, I can say this hotel is the only hotel I was in past years where nothing was working. Below is the list of services which did not exist: 1-internet -> never worked via WIFI 2-parking -> they will never have space as available places are 12 for 130 rooms 3 -... More
