A basic 4-star hotel in Mala Strana. Good location, there's a tram stop in front of the hotel. About 10 mins walk to Charles Bridge. Breakfast was a little bit disappointing for a 4-star hotel and the rooms are a bit outdated

Smart hotel, very good location. Helpful and professional staff. We had a spacious well decorated comfortable room with a separate bathroom above the reception area. Generally very pleased with our stay and would stay at the hotel again. Thank you. Some minor suggestions: Breakfast is fine and absolutely acceptable, however of middling quality as compared to other similar standard hotels... More

We booked to stay in the Roma Hotel in Prague, but my wife and I and another couple found it to be over booked. We were quickly reassigned to another hotel ‘of equal star rating’ we were told. Spotting the potential for an angle one of our party quickly negotiated 4 free pints of the local beer to try and... More

We were originally checked into Hotel Galileo which is a partner of this hotel. But they sent us to this hotel instead when we arrived telling us it was a much better, so we took the chance. I can say the only reason I am glad we did was because it was a good location. That was the only positive.... More

A nice, traditional hotel room with a lovely bar and lounge area near the entrance. Our room had a very comfortable bed and lots of TV channels to choose from, and the hotel is a short walk to Lesser Town, the Charles Bridge and has lots of excellent restaurants surrounding it with very reasonable prices and traditional offerings. For my... More

We enjoyed staying in the Roma hotel, the rooms are great, the personnel is very professional, also the location is good. From our room you could hear moving the chairs are the breakfast room very food and a pity there was no holder for the shower head high enough to take a comfortable shower. We would certainly come here again.

This is my sixth vacation in Prague, but my first time in this hotel. We were a bit wary of that... But no need to worry. As many Prague hotels, this is located in an old building, but refurbished to modern standards. The hotel is quite large, and the keys are modern keycards, not old fashioned keys that you leave... This is nearby The Charles Bridge and the Legion Bridge, on a beautiful wide boulevard. It's a stroll to the castle. You feel you're in the heart of real Prague. Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
