My mother and I are here at the moment in a Junior suite with twin beds and a private terrace. It is spacious, clean and beautiful, as is the hotel. Sitting on our terrace, we can look at the people walking in the grounds of Prague Castle! The area is traditional, historic and romantic(must visit here again with my partner).... More

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Only small, around 17 rooms I think. Situated on the hill up to the castle. Everywhere was within walking distance which was good. Our rooms were big, warm and spotlessly clean. Safe in wardrobe, shower gel, soap etc replaced daily, nice touch of flower and chocolate on the beds everday. Breakfast was good... More

Me and my husband came here for 5 days. We had a magical experience . Prauge is a lovely and easy city to get around in. The hotel staff were friendly and gladly helped us! The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really delicious. The area is beautiful and romantic. The only disatvantage for us was the poor... More

Wow what a great find this hotel was. Everything is perfect... The location, the beautiful clean rooms and the service is outstanding ! Unfortunately on my way to prague I had a dental problem. By the time I arrived they had organised an emergency dentist for me. Nothing is too much trouble for these lovely staff. Can't wait to come... More

Welcoming and friendly staff. Fourth floor room with view of castle and own private patio / seating area. Extra pillows provided on request. Chocolates and rose in the room every day. Upon learning it was my birthday, they said had we mentioned it the night before they would have brought us breakfast in bed! This is a lovely boutique hotel... More

This is a great hotel. Myself & my partner booked 3 nights back in oct 14 for our visit in Jan 15. We received an email a week before our trip to advise us there was some small building work in the reception area & they refunded our 3 night stay due to the inconvenience!! I must say we wouldn't... This is my second time to stay at this hotel in 6 weeks. I really like it and apart from the steep walk up the hill, very steep, its perfect. Its small and friendly and the breakfast is very good. The staff remembered me when I returned which is always nice. The cafe is open to the public and hands... More

Myself and my partner have just returned from a 2 night short break to Prague, and we loved this hotel. It's spotless, full of character and history and in a very good location. If you're new to Prague there are basically two sides of the city separated by the Charles Bridge; the Castle side - where this hotel is, and... More

Myself and a friend stayed in this hotel for 4 nights while on a city break in Prague. The hotel is small but full of character, with beautiful rooms. We were lucky enough to have a room which we were told was the best room in the hotel - we had our own balcony with a beautiful view of the... More

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighborhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
