Me and my friend (two boys at 20) accomodated for 4 nights. Reception is very rude and english level is not good. They seem like just taking money as much as possible, fake smilings. The room is not good also it takes 0 point from me. We are just adaptable people but it is even much for us. The room... More

Great location in Old Town and very close to other places you will want to visit in Prague! Close to metro and tram stops. My daughters and I stayed in room 20 in July and chose this hotel for its location. The room was very lovely -- spacious enough for the three of us and beautifully modern. A hair dryer,... More

This hotel is in the perfect location in regards to old town square...it is directly behind the hotel. It's about 5 minute walk to the main square. In a perfect location in regards to restaurants etc The hotel itself is old, 16th century. There's a main part with hotel rooms but also another part to the hotel with more rooms.... More

Visited several times in Prague, we love the atmosphere and especially the Jazz clubs. The room and the bathroom in this hotel was clean, our room was perfect ( no 3 situated in the different part than the reception) there was five big windows in two different directions, wooden floors, the bed was comfortable. Staff was very helpful and friendly,The... More

I booked this hotel for 4 nights based on great reviews in Tripadvisor - and I actually cancelled the hotel I had already booked, because U Tri Bubnu seemed to be like an amazing hotel according the reviews. Well... When arriving Iate in the evening and checking in, I was asked to give my credit card details. I told that... More

Lovely hotel, can't ask for a better location. Staff were brilliant, really helpful. Breakfast was a bit basic, but was able to eat easily. Room was huge, with fantastic views. Really comfortable. Wifi was easily accessible, with good strength. Would recommend for a short break

We had a wonderful stay here. The hotel is charming and we had a nice view of the street from room 13. The bed was firm and comfortable. The room was spacious and had dark wood ceiling beams. Marquette (blonde hotel staff) provided exceptional service, from helping us change our rooms to helping us book tours and suggest activities. The... More

We really enjoyed this hotel. It's in the heart of Prague-- just a short walk away from the clock, the Charles Bridge, the castle, and many beautifully colored buildings and quaint side streets. Free breakfast with basic pastries, meats, and fruit, strong free wifi, and clean rooms rounded out why we loved it. The staff was helpful and kind as... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
