We have stayed in Neruda Hotel in September. The location of the hotel is great, under prague (castle (although the hotel is on top of a hill, and you need to climb up the street for few minutes. The street is full of restaurants and bars and many minimarkets and shops. We've stayed in room 204, and it was very... More

Great location! Very close to Prague castle. Yet you have to walk up a hill to get to the hotel, but then you get some 'free' exercise. The rooms/cleaning: The air-con in our room didn't work, which was a pity, since it was 30 degrees celsius outside. We ran out of toilet paper and toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) two times.... More

We stayed here for six nights during august 2014 and we loved it! The location is pretty impressive with Prague castle behind - amazing views; ten minutes away from Old square and lots of other places that will keep you busy! The hotel is lovely and very modern! Room was clean and spacious! We slept in room 22. It was... More

I called the hotel to specifically book room 207, the one with the sunken in mattress and the nice tub, and this was no problem at all. The staff was very helpful. Upon arrival the room definitely didn't feel as spacious or modern as on the photos, but it is a very cosy, nice and pleasant room nonetheless. The breakfast... More

I would not stay at this hotel again. I booked this hotel largely because the website said it had air con in the rooms and the air con was completely useless. The location was meant to be good, but it is on a very steep hill and didn´t have great public transport access to and from the train station or... More

We liked our stay and the hospitality, but there were to many issues with the room to be 4-stared; no tea/coffee, uncontrolable shower, extremely soft bed, noise from a turned-off lamp, you were charged extra to use the safe deposit etc etc... The breakfast was good!

The hotel is a boutique hotel and lives up to its name. Quirky and delightful come to mind. The staff are very friendly and alwsys have a smilenonothing is too much trouble. The Neruda is situated right underneath Prague Castle and only a 5 minuite walk from Charles Bridge so is ideally situated for exploring the City. Our bedroom was reached... More

We stayed here for 3 nights from 21-24 June 2014 and overall we were pleased with our stay here. The staff were friendly, helpful and spoke very good English. We arrived early and our rooms were ready. Our room was nice - it had obviously been redecorated fairly recently as the bathroom in particular was spotless. The décor will not... More

Cannot say enough on how much I enjoy this hotel. The perfect location at charming Neruda street right under the magical Prague Castle is unbeatable. Very modern and minimalistic hotel, with amazing parts of design, yet extremely comfortable. Martin the Reception Manager and the rest of Restaurant and Housekeeping staff are extremely friendly and attentive & always very helpful, very... More

We stayed 19th to 22nd March to celebrate our engagement and my fiance's 30th. Good hotel in a good setting near to the castle and a ten minute stroll to Charles Bridge. The Hotel has plenty of bars and restaraunts around it. If you turn right outside the hotel and go up the hill there are some good little bars... More
