We had a wonderful stay at hotel Leonardo and felt very much at home. Frank and his staff made us feel very welcome and they were very helpful at any time with recommendations of restaurants and made reservations for us. Our rooms had a very good size, were clean and had tea and coffee making facilities. The walls are just... More

The hotel looks nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. BUT: when we took down the duvets from our beds we found blood stains and large stains of uncertain origin on the backside of the duvets .Very disgusting! We will definitely not come back :-(

A hotel of contrasts. Intimate feel of a boutique hotel with warm welcoming helpful staff who remember you. Yet it has over 80 rooms. Very close to frenetic Charles Bridge but in quiet street. Modern smart gleaming lobby, but room furnishings have a lived-in feel (without being shabby). Interesting pictures and sculptures without being twee. Breakfast in "dungeon" (the receptionist's... My mum and I have just returned from a 3 night/4 day trip to Prague; what an outstanding amazingly beautiful city. The trip was even better as the hotel was perfect; walking distance from all the cities main attractions/tourist spots. Less than a 5 min walk to Charles Bridge, short walk to Old Town and the Jewish Quarter. The hotel... More

My boyfriend and I went for a few nights and managed to get a great deal on room rates at this hotel. When we got there, I was slightly concerned by exterior/surrounding since the hotel entrance is down a narrow, not-so-pretty side street. However the hotel is absolutely charming and the staff are very friendly. The room we were given... More

The Hotel was charming and in a perfect location to sight see. Our room was upgraded to a suite and was quite spacious, especially for the price we paid. Our view was of a pretty and quiet courtyard which is a real plus at night. Breakfast, which was included, had everything you could ask for, although the breakfast room was... More

We have just returned from a 4 day trip of the beautiful city of Prague, whch was made so much better by staying in this gem of a hotel. The location is perfect; less than 10 minutes stroll to the Charles Bridge, within spitting distance of the old town, and overlooking the river. It was quiet to the point of... More

It was very comfortable, spotless and cleaned daily. The star were all lovely and couldn,t have been more helpful, looking things up on the internet for us and even escorting us to the next door restaurant to... Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
