My girlfriend and I spent 3 nights here in March. The hotel was easy to find and in a great location with easy access to restaurants, tourist sights, and grocery stores. The check-in process was smooth and quick. The room we had was facing the street and on the top floor. We had a great view up and down the... More

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights in late March and had a great experience. My room was on the top floor, which offered a lovely view of the buildings on the street and a nice breeze. The room, although somewhat small and outdated, was the perfect size for two people. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was... More

I describe this as a "tourist hotel" because it fits a variety of visitors, not just those seeking luxury or cheap prices. It's something in-between, which it fits perfectly. You can walk, take the tram or the metro from nearby. If needed there's a grocery and a big shopping center also nearby. It is remarkably affordable. The desk service is... More

Our stay here was wonderful! The hotel itself is beautiful (and it had an elevator!). We were surprised at how nice it was considering how little we paid to book a room. The rooms at Hotel Petr were the largest we stayed in during our backpacking trip around Europe - and they even had mini-fridges. The location was in a... More

Hotel Petr is an amazing hotel in an quiet neighborhood, which is though near Prague's sights thanks to the tram ,which is nearby the hotel. It's lovely, clean, cheap, the stuff is very willing to help at any need, breakfast was pretty filling...I think it's a perfect place to stay in Prague if you want to be nearby the sights and the local life without... This hotel was a wonderful experience. Our room was very clean and spacious and included free wifi, fridge, free safe in the rooms, coffee maker and a beautiful view from the windows. The free breakfasts were varied each day and everything we ate tasted like a meal prepared by someone's grandmother. Front desk clerks were very helpful and friendly and... More

Nice hotel, good location to public transport, has some nice restaurants in the area. Hotel is kept very clean. Staff is friendly, rooms are kept tidy. Would stay here again when in Prague. Room 58 not for tall people as part of the ceiling is quiet low.

We stayed at Hotel Petr for five days as part of a group tour. It is located in a quiet street a couple of blocks from tram service into the tourist areas, and about a quarter mile from the metro. It is about a fifteen minutes to walk into the old town and main commercial district. By being located in... More

...I tire of European hotels that advertise air when they don't really have it. This place had a fan unit in the room that may have been cooling the air somewhat, but I don't think it was. Fortunately, it cooled off by the time we got to Prague, so it wasn't that big of a deal. But this has become... More

Dear Guest. We are glad that you liked our hotel. Concerning your comment about air conditioning - we advertise "some rooms are airconditioned" on our web and that is truth. At present time it is 13 from 40 rooms and we are planning to extend it. Thanks for your nice review. Tomas Brychta More

The location was great, we stayed there since we had an early flight in the morning and needed to catch the night bus to the airport. The stop is close to the hotel so it was perfect for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and comfy and cleaner than most. We definitely wouldn't have... More
