I really liked this hostel. It was one of the cleanest I've stayed in, especially the showers - which is always my major worry! The rooms were really good too and they had locked draws where you could keep important bits and pieces. Although there was a hill you had to climb getting up to the hostel, this hopefully works... the hostel is right next to charles bridge in the old town meaning your a walk away from anything (we realised this was good after attempting to rent bikes in the hilliest area with cobbled street everywhere) theres a communal kitchen, computers with internet access, and the rooms are very nice and clean. the shared bathroom is large and kept... Hostel very loud, all hours of the night from some of the dorm rooms. Bathrooms OK. Dorm rooms good, was in a 6 bed females locked trunks under bed which was brilliant. Location is good, up on a hill which was fine. Castle nearby, as well as the Charles Bridge etc.

Wow, this is a pretty hostel. The location is good too, right in the centre of town, not too far a walk from anywhere. The rooms are huge and the bathroom facilities were great, very clean, tidy and comfortable. The hostel is up a massive hill, which was a struggle with backpacks on, but it's very close to the castle... More

This is the first hostel we stayed in and it was perfect. Good location, clean, great facilities and generally efficient customer service! The room we stayed in was awesome, it had old beams and a good view across Prague! We'd go back for sure, thanks!

Was in a 10 bed female dorm and loved it! A lovely room with a high level of cleanliness; the bathrooms were equally as clean. In my opinion it's in a great location right by the castle and near Petrin hill- though it is a bit of a walk to the centre (20mins maybe). However there is plenty of cheap... More

Reluctantly I've given this hostel an 'average' review; I say reluctantly, because there's actually nothing average about it at all: the rooms are truly awesome, the location couldn't be better, but the staff are truly the most horrendous I've ever had the displeasure to encounter in a hostel anywhere. So on balance, 3 stars. Firstly, the major positive to staying... More

Dear James, I´m sad you had so unpleasant stay because of my staff at my place. I spend a lot of time with my staff to explain them what is customer care. When I see, some of them can´t understand it. You are not the first one, I have heard more complains about this member of staff and I focus... More

Upon first arriving at the Arpacay for our 3 night stay, I was amazed by it's location in the old town and proximity to the castle and other key sightseeing features, as well as the short (and very scenic) walk to the Charles bridge and old town square, centre of Prague's fantastic nightlife. The Hostel itself was immaculately clean, with... More

This hostel was very quiet and although it was clean and very nicely located, I found it extremely difficult to meet friends here because the age group was so varied and the common area was always empty. However for those people who are just looking for a nice hostel that's quiet and near everything I would definitely recommend staying here.... More
