We booked a double bed with private bathroom. The room was large by European standard, with a large window for fresh air. It was also clean. Our room was one end of the hostel, so there was no Wi-Fi signal, and we needed to walk to the dining area for Internet access. Internet is reliable. They have a small kitchen... More

Came to stay here for 4 nights 3 weeks ago, it was a good room for the price it was fantastic think we paid just under £80 for private ensuite. Location is brilliant, right in the old town, shops and so on... we were in room C3 which was above the street below, it was very very loud. I remember... More

+ Good location, very central. + Reasonable price for a Prague hostel. - You have to walk though a dodgy souvenir shop to get to the hostel. - Everything comes at a cost! Use of the hostel computers is charged (per 7 minutes!), breakfast not included but other hostels offer it included for the same booking price, locker padlocks not... More

My second time to stay in a Hostel, incase you are wondering ... my trip involved 5 countries (6 cities) and to experience staying in Hostels and exploring the area. So I booked a 10bed mixed dorm in this Hostel. My considerations were ... Bed, Toilet and Wifi. Check-in was a breeze, the reception staff are all very accommodating and... More

We had a spacious, clean private room. The beds were comfortable. Friendly staff, excellent location in the old town. Breakfast was ok, Wifi is available in the lobby area. Absolutely recommendable, we would stay here again!

This was probably my least favorite hostel I stayed at in Europe. If you stay here, you will be in a great location. I can definitely give it that. The workers are also friendly here. However, the wifi is awful. Don't expect it to work outside of the lobby. The rooms are cramped and kind of out of the way.... More

2 friends and I just rented the 5 bed dorm for a few days. The room was clean and the beds comfortable however the windows have no curtains and the rooms no ventilation, a/c or fans and due to the noise outside the windows needed to be closed without these the room was stifling! And without the curtains the roo.... More

Stayed in a 5 bedroom dormitory at a very reasonable price. The room had a private bathroom and shower. A good continental breakfast was available for a very good price (believe it was less than 1€). The location was PERFECT and we were very pleased to find a 24hr reception as we had to leave at 5am. The only complaints... More

What I will say is that this hostel is in the PERFECT spot. Literally minutes walk from old square and beautiful spot. HOWEVER, please read about how noisy it is. Coming from a major city I didn't think it would bother me but I did not sleep a wink the first night. Bring earplugs - not joking. Also the room... More

Great location, poor security. This is probably happens once in a thousand. But during my stay here I got money and phone stolen. Staff didn't care or want to involve. A staff even quoted "Travelling is tough."

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
