Superb location and very friendly service. Welcome drinks and a bottle of Fizz for my Wife's birthday. All done with efficiency and minimal fuss Very comfortable and well located for all the sights of Prague. Rooms are not very big but very comfortable and the wifi was faster then most. Easy to get to from the tram stop with luggage... More

If you don't mind a short walk downhill into town ( it is worth the views from the hotel ) then this is a great hotel. The staff are friendly and although the rooms don't have tea or coffee making facilities there is a guest lounge where you can have afternoon tea and cake. There is also a great restaurant... More

I was in this hotel during two days in October 14. We arrived from Paris by plane, the hotel offered us a chaufeaur service which is highly recommended to take specially if you arrive during the night, the cost of the transportation service was reasonable (about 700 czech corones - 30 USD). The reception experience in the hotel was unique,... More

My wife and I had a lovely time at the Questenberk Hotel. We stayed for several weekday in late August. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was a bit small but livable. Not surprising given that it was converted from a monastery, but I fit comfortably in the shower (6'1", 200 lbs). WiFi worked most of the... More

How amazing to stay in a hotel where the staff seem to genuinely take pride in their establishment and care for guests. Fabulous location, comfortable rooms. Robert changed our room on 2nd day to one overlooking monastery. The bells from the clock tower were serene and calming. Not intrusive at all. We loved Prague and will definitely return to this... This was my first time in Prague and I had just arrived from a terrible experience at an Istanbul hotel. I was very relieved that I chose this hotel! The staff was terrific, very nice and helpful. It is an old building declared World Heritage by UNESCO and they have in impecable shape. The rooms are lovely and clean and... More

Stayed two nights and loved the location above Prague. Parked at offsight secure parking and check in was very thorough and enjoyed the complimentary drink on terrace while going over highlights of city. One of the best welcome experiences I can recall in my travels. We were upgraded to suite on top floor facing monastry, so woke up both days... More

…but look no further than this hotel if you seek something rather special in a rather special city. If you want standard hotel fare look elsewhere, but if you seeks something rather smaller (just 27 rooms I think) with a particularly homely touch, read on! Booked for a special anniversary holiday on the strength of earlier recommendations, the service in... More

A nice and friendly hotel with an outstanding staff who bend over backwards to ensure a comfortable stay. Great facilities with an excellent view of the city below. Comfortable and well appointed rooms. Quite simply the best hotel stay we've ever had anywhere. Hated leaving. Thanks all.
