This hotel is definitely not a four star hotel. The property is old and quite-well reconstructed but there is still a breeze of Soviet-culture to be found easily. We booked a standard double room via BMI Baby.com which offered a lower rate than other websites. The room was medium sized, clean and just right for a 4 day stay - the purpose of our trip was to see the sights and sounds so we spent only 1/3 of our time in the room but it was good enough.... more
