Fantastic location, excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good and wholesome. Special mention of the receptionist Petra who guided us about the local clubs in Prague and overall tourist attraction spots!! Must stay there!!

Hotel, clean tidy quiet and comfortable. Breakfast included cooked eggs and bacon.ideal for exploring Prague as right in the centre of city so walking distance to everything. Caught bus and metro to city centre from airport. It took about 35 mins and was very easy right outside airport. It cost £1 each way and 50p for oldies!Dont bother with taxis.... More

Great location good price , a-little noisy at night but you're in the centre of Prague. Rooms are basic but clean breakfast was adequate . Downside is the corridor there was a heavy smell of cigarettes . Staff were very helpful in arranging a taxi for us and giving us information.

This is a simple one, if you want a great base to explore Prague, need a clean and friendly hotel that doesn't break the bank, stay here. This isn't the hotel if you are looking for a romantic break or if you want to stay in the lap of luxury, but for those looking for a base to explore Prague,... More

From the arrival welcome to the room, the breakfast, the information provided and the magnificent location so close to Old Town Prague, this hotel represented great value and was the base for a great stay.

We have just arrived back home having spent three nights at the Astoria booked with Jet2. We used the Airport Express bus (£1.50) to get to the hotel and its first stop off is at most a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The hotel is clean, friendly and efficient; it isn't 'luxurious' but excellent value for the price. It... More

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
