We had the suite for a week during summer, but it was not worth the high price tag. The staff seems to be a little uninterested and with their heads a little too high. The best thing about KK is the location which is fairly close to city centre....

Very nice hotel, close to the main attractions. Lovely, helpful staff, stunning large rooms. Breakfast was amazing. We had just one issue- the barman was very unhelpful, rude and lazy. The bar was still open however the barman refused to serve us, instead he hid in the staff room. He refused to answer the telephone when the receptionist called him,... More

We have just returned from a 4 night break in Prague staying here for my husband's surprise 50th birthday! We had an amazing time and the hotel was brilliant. Firstly the staff were so friendly and very helpful, a lovely welcome on check in and nothing was too much trouble. The room was excellent, very clean and spacious. The Art... More

The hotel is nice, Clean and tidy. The location is great! Just a few steps from the main shopping street and the old/Jewish town. You will also find most guided tours just around the corner (I can not recommend the hop on hop off tour, take dedicated tours of old town and the castle instead) You will find several nice... More

The K+K Central is a great hotel for a weekend in Prague. The hotel is located only a few meters from the Powder Tower and Namesti Republicy. Short distance to Old Town Square, but still in a quiet neighbourhood. Be adviced that the Airport Express Bus does not always stop at Namesti Republicy. In that case you have to walk... More

We spent 5 days at the K&K...Great location, Great Service, The service was fantastic. They also make arrangements for airport pick up. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel the my best friends. Only one issue the breakfast "scrambled eggs" are watery and cold. This seems to be the trend on most of the hotels we stayed at in... More

We were able to walk to our hotel from the main railway station in about 8 minutes, not too onerous even over cobbled paths carting suitcases. The hotel is a gorgeous example of Art Nouveau architecture. Walking distance to everything, the old town square, Charles Bridge, Prague castle. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the complimentary buffet breakfast... More

Loved this hotel - has a great old feel with a modern twist . Lovely original features and a stone throw away from the Old Town, Main Train station and lots of restaurants bars and shopping. Rooms were very clean , and had a nice feel to them - calming green and browns for the décor. Room was very quiet... More

As regular Prague visitors over the last 25 years, we have choosen our preferred hotel: K+K. Efficient and friendly personnel (thank you Michaela, thank you Jan). Nice room (314) with a view on a beautiful garden; excellent mattress. Minor minusses: the bathroom is rather small and the wall decoration in the bedroom should be a bit more colourful. The breakfast... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
