I highly recommend this hotel. It was my 3rd time staying there and I just can't say enough about this gem of a hotel. You either get a view of the magnificent castle or the view of the oustanding Saint Charles bridge. Rooms are verey spacious and a very good breakfast buffet is served. more

Stayed here for 4 days and wanted to leave before the first was over....hotel forgot to have the taxi pick us up at the airport...after getting picked up after an hour of waiting, we get to the hotel. Location was great. A room facing the back is better than the front. The castle is lighted at night from the back. The front is the bridge which you can see all the time. Besides, it is more fun to be on the bridge, with lots of activities, jewelery, paintings (not junky stuff, and not expensive). The rooms are spotless.... more

The hotel is very nice but the main thing to say is that, in my opinion, there is no better located hotel than this in Prague if you are looking to do all of the touristy things. My partner and I stayed at Hotel Certovka for 4 nights in SEP/06. This hotel is right beside Charles Bridge. Our room had a great view of Charles Bridge and the canal below. Everything is withing walking distance. Prague Castle is just steps away. Front desk is great and breakfast was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. more
