Just like plucesiar said below, this is an overpriced 2-star hotel with absolutely no service whatsoever. Bad: - this is not a hotel, this is airbnb with a receptionist and a cleaner - restaurant (3rd party owned may I add) closes at 10am (rudely sharp) and opens after lunch with the guests being kindly advised that if they want to... The location is great, nuff said. This is really more like a 2-star hotel. We were initially placed in room 03 (which felt very claustrophobic) on the ground floor, but the receptionist was nice enough to move us up to room 24. Both rooms were a little stuffy with bath towels that looked a bit overused - but that's okay.... More

A good hotel in Prague in a traditional style building . Building has to be very old but is well restored. Room was big and well furnished . Breakfast and dinner was given in a separate ( ownership) restaurant in same building and was nice and cosy . Location was nice as its next to a tram station and very... More

I booked this hotel, because of its location; very close to the metro-station and the Prague castle. It seems to use a historical buildung; you have to bring up your baggage to the reception, and the elevator stops between floors. My room was the 4th floor, top floor. It was a large and sunny room.

Value for money. Good hotel. At 10 minutes walking distance to/from start/finish of Prague's half marathon. Always happy to be back after being finished. Big rooms. Prefer to stay at the second or third floor. Breakfast is included and pretty good!

My companions and I are glad to have stayed in Hotel Trinidad! Location is very central. The bridge, the castle, and the old town square were all within walking distance. We got the 2-bedroom suite overlooking the castle and the garden in front. We brought a car but I believe there's a train in front of the hotel, as well.... More

Fantastic experience in this hotel! I stayed in a double room with my girlfriend and we agree about how this hotel was amazing; our room was wild and very bright, thanks to big windows. The bathroom was big too, but the most important thing is that there was a bidet and i've nevere seen one when i've been abroad! They... More

The location is great , next to a castle , metro, trams, gorgeous gardens with peacocks next to a main metro station entrance and within walking distance to Charles bridge . However the hotel has no lobby, no storage room for a luggage . Our first room smelled really bad, a/c didn't work, safe didn't work, mini frig didn't work... More

Perfect for 3 reasons. First, the location. Almost everything of importance in Prague (The Castle, Charles Bridge, Jewish Cemetery, and the Old Town Square), is within walking distance. There is a tram station and a metro station located just outside the hotel. Second, the rooms. Large air conditioned rooms with high ceilings give a tremendous feeling of space. The property... Excellent location! Cross the street from the hotel, you may take the old castle steps up to visit the castle. Most of the tourist attraction spots are within walking distance. Or, you may take the underground if you don't feel like walking. Again, an underground station is just opposite the hotel. However, the cleanliness of the room is just average.... More

Staying in Hradcany & Letna

Neighborhood Profile
Hradcany & Letna
Your experience in Prague will never be complete if you do not see it from the top. Hillsides, stretched from the west to the north, provide spectacular views of greenish copper cupolas, narrow cobblestone streets, bridges connecting both river banks and green gardens from red-roof tops of centuries-old houses. Prague pulls you into its 1300 year old history. Walking up the hill or stairs to Prague Castle, the historical seat of Czech rulers and the majestic Saint Vitus Cathedral can leave you speechless (and out of breath). Luckily, plenty of terrace cafés overlooking gardens and beautiful parks are available to provide rest and a place to catch your breath again.
