Very good location.Short walk to city center and to tramp stop (to get to the castle). Small shops near by to buy water, snack, beer etc. I had the only single room in the hotel, which was nice and clean, and tho' not very big but had lot of space to your stuff. Very friendly and helpful staff at the hotel! Good breakfast! If... More

We stayed here in the heat of the summer and with no air conditioning it was stifling hot and uncomfortable. We were lead to believe there would be parking nearby which is not the case, it is quite far. We were also lead to believe that this was in a good area and it certainly is not the best …... More

To really enjoy Prague you do a lot of walking and wandering around plus if you want to go somewhere a bit farther from the center you need to take a tram or the metro. So LOCATION is very important. The Old Prague Hotel is in the city center and only five minutes walk from the nearest tram stops and... More

Hot buffet breakfast was delicious and stays until late in the morning. Rooms are spacious and cosy at the same time with good heating systems. Staff were friendly and location was great although we got lost countless times on your way back to the hotel but that could be down to all that becherovka!

The Old Prague does what it says on the tin. Its old with a bit of character and also in the heart of things. Old Town Square, Wenceslas, Charles Bridge are all within a 10 minute stroll. It was a good value inclusive trip booked through Jet2 holidays. We did not have the best room (it was at the back)... More

The location was the best thing about this hostel- right in the middle of many good things to see. The staff was friendly. Wifi was very limited- they obviously need to upgrade to a bigger bandwidth with so many guests. There is no central common room to get to carry on much conversation. Each floor has a smaller kitchen but... More

The hotel was probably 3/5 in terms of decor and design etc, and the breakfast was fairly standard. However, the location for the price were excellent. A five min walk from Charles bridge, and into the centre of town. Surrounded by nice little eateries, we ate around the corner for lunch in an Italian called Shelly's I think it was... More

My husband and I visited Prague to celebrate our anniversary and picked this hotel based on TA reviews. We were not disappointed. Location was great (within walking distance to just about everywhere a tourist wants to go) and quite easy to get to. At the Arrivals Hall buy bus/metro combo (timed 90 min) ticket (32Kc..$1.50). Take the 119 city bus... More
