- in the dinning room most of the "arms" on the chairs are not fixed !! - use of electrical contacts behind the desks in the room is very difficult (no space enough between wall en backside of the desks)

I think that this hotel is the best choise in Prague. It is almost 200m from the Tower of powder and 500m from the Tower of the Clock. The rooms are very spacious and bathrooms are unbelievable. Our room (triple) had one bathroom and one more wc! The breakfast contains everything you can imagine. The only problem is that the... More

Having never stayed in a 5-star hotel before, I'm not sure how this compares to others of the same category. However, I was completely satisfied with everything. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the statues and marble interior made the place rare in that it looks how it does on the website. Our room was great; spacious, extremely comfortable,... A really lovely hotel with beautiful interior. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Im very fussy - hotel was clean and spotless everywhere. Spa was a nice addition to our trip and worth a visit. Also, restaurant served really good meals and the restaurant is worth a visit to see the decor.

The rooms were beautiful and the hotel decor was beautiful. The location allowed easy access to the beautiful city, shops and restaurants. The staff was very professional, efficient and friendly always there to assist.

We were recommended this hotel by a friend and we had a great stay. Our room was lovely but after 2 days we had a problem with the bath - it was blocked! We called reception and instead of fixing it they upgraded us to a suite which was fantastic. Unfortunately we were due to come home the day the... More

We stayed at the Hotel Imperial - the plan was to stay for 3 nights but a volcanic explosion meant we ended up staying for 8 nights ! The two rooms we had were excellent - we had to move from one to another - and the upgrade was at the same rate and excellent value. We were pleased with the... More

We recently spend 3 enjoyable and comfortable days in this lovely hotel. We appreciated the friendly and helpful staff and the room and bathroom were large with a feel of luxury. The art deco style most attractive and we enjoyed returning to this atmosphere after hours of exploring each day. The buffet breakfast was excellent with many choices and nice... More

Everything about this hotel was excellent - courteous and efficient staff, beautiful (enormous) rooms, lovely decor, delicious breakfast, excellent location (can walk easily to all the major sites and shops), and quiet enough to sleep well. We were on the 4th floor, spent 3 nights in Prague and altogether loved our trip.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
