a good hotel. nice and reach decor. the straff was very helpfull. can arrange every means of visit or trnasportaiton or food needs. the location is very good for touring the old parts of the city. the breakfast is quite poor. espresso is not included. internet cost extra money unless you use it during breakfact or in the bar.

One of the best hotels I have staid in! Not only is the decor itself amazing but the location and staff were both great.

This elegant place had it all. Great room with 2 bathrooms for a $30 upgrade over the pre-booked river cruise package, excellent restaurant, and wonderful service. My wife had a minor medical emergency, and the concierge made all the arrangements to get her to a doctor quickly and smoothly. The wi-fi worked perfectly, which should be the rule, but asn't... According to the hotel....a five star hotel. It'isn't in comparison with Four Seasons even the Hilton is better. The breakfast is mediocre. Everything is there and a lot of choice, but not first class. Orange juice isn't fres, croissants are small and no Ok No bell boy, nothing special. Small rooms and you have to pay for everything. Internet isn't... More

We enjoyed a thoroughly good weekend at the Imperial. The service is excellent from the time I booked in January to our visit on 8th June. This was a special occasion for us and I had told my wife we were staying at the same place (The Brixen) when I last visited Prague in 2006 for football purposes to watch... More

We stayed at Art Deco Imperial Hotel for four nights and found the staff friendly and helpful even arranging a box breakfast for us to take on our early morning flight out. Lovely art deco hotel. Arranging hotel transfer to the airport at 3am was appreciated as we felt safe and the driver was extremely helpful. Would stay here again... More

Location could not be better, short walk to everything. Food excellent, staff 1st class. Only down side was the very high bath with shower over. Not convenient for older people. Especially after knee replacements. Overall, Fantastic. Thank you APT for choosing the Art Deco Imperial Hotel, Prague. Michael & Trish Prowse Queensland, Australia

This hotel was recommended by a Czech friend and it's clear that the locals know best. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, room was luxurious and well-appointed and the food was good and varied, as Czech food can be a little, well, pork-tastic! I love it when a good hotel can still provide tea and coffee making services in... More

We stayed in the Art Deco on the way to our Mountain holiday in the Giant Mountains. My wife booked this as a surprise and it was booked as a luxury hotel and it ticked all the boxes for this. The welcome was very friendly and helpful and the rooms were exceptional, we also had a Nanny booked who was... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
