My family and I had the pleasure of staying at the Imperial Hotel for several nights. The rooms are beautiful, clean and well located. Very European with 1 and 1/2 baths in our Executive Room. The restaurant is delicious (make a reservation). Most importantly was the staff. Every person we encountered was professional, courteous and helpful. Thanks to Martin for... More

I stayed at the Art Deco for three nights on the 7th - 10th April. My stay started on the wrong foot with the hotel not being able to honour my pre paid booking in their Imperial Suite due to "unavoidable circumstances". Nevertheless, I was downgraded to a Junior suite and in addition to the downgrade refund was given a... More

My wife and I had a great few days in Prague, and this hotel made our stay truly memorable. The hotel itself is a piece of history and takes you back to another era. Enjoy the high quality rooms, the thoughtful personal service, the beautiful architecture and interior design, not to mention the amazing Café Imperial.

Made the reservation on-line. Asked for a king non-smoking, quiet room. I had corresponded by e-mail with the reservation manage, Jilka, who was very polite and helpful. When we arrived for our 8-night stay, the gracious woman at the desk advised we had a king bed and a quiet room. Our room was very large with a sitting area, two... More

We used this hotel as a base for a weekend break. The reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The concierge provided consistently valuable help and advice and the bar staff were skilled and very attentive. The rooms are large and decorated in the Art Deco style. The beds, pillows and bedding were very comfortable and there was no problem... More

Stayed here for three nights with family. Pros: -Comfortable bed and bedding. Four pillows, and a comforter that is soft without that ridiculous rough top that some hotels have. -Concierge is responsive and efficient. We asked for a tour guide, and they found one in less than 24 hours. She was knowledgable and friendly. Concierge also has umbrellas available to... More

We were met at the train station after coming from Berlin. We had organised the hotels S class Mercedes to pick us up (do this as you will be surprised at how little it costs) On the drive to the hotel, the driver told us a bit about the city and sights we were passing. He was polite and well... More

We stayed at this hotel on the last leg of a Danube cruise. I would avoid the place. The accommodations are a little better than adequate with the quality of the restaurant lacking. If you like cold runny scrambled eggs, indifferent service and servers, and other shortcomings this is your place! The concierge was the only bright spot. Her help... More

We stayed at the Imperial for three nights prior to a river cruise. We upgraded to a larger room and loved it. The room was somewhat dark, but I've come to expect that in European hotels. The room had a king bed, sitting area, built in cupboard/closet, and a desk. It also had a huge bathroom with separate tub and... More

The Imperial is located on the periphery of the old town, close to everything. The hotel is far less spacious than its near neighbours, the Hilton and the Marriott, and doesn't have the facilities, bells and whistles you come to expect with them. It makes up for this by possessing old world charm, personality and being decoratively spectacular. Our room... More
