We chose this hotel after seeing good reviews, and because of the beautiful architecture. It was our first hotel stay as a family and was a very pleasurable experience. We had no qualms, except for the maids forgetting to stock up our amenities one night. :( Overall good hotel, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. Very welcoming. Will visit again.

A hotel full of history and character. We were persuaded to upgrade to a huge room which was great apart from a distinct smell of stale cigarettes. I guess hard to get rid of after decades of heavy smoking which seems the norm in Prague. Hotel is well situated for all the sights and has an excellent restaurant.

Went to this beautiful hotel for a 3 night xmas break. Walking into the fabulous room was the start of a wonderful experience......the room was spacious, clean and warm. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff in reception were helpful and polite. The gentleman at the bar, in the evening, served us like we were the only customers :). The location... More

Great hotel centrally located and clean rooms. Service was good and breakfast had a good variety of choices. Would recommend this hotel and great by europian standards. However, was not impressed by the dinner at imperial cafe.

We had a beautiful and very big room, comfortable bed, 1 bathroom and also 1 small toilet separately (nice surprise!), very good coffee from the coffee machine in the room, nice bathroom amenities, good housekeeping services, the breakfast was great, we had a wide choice (the pancakes with nutella were really good). All in all we had a really good... More

Attention to detail is high on the list of priorities at this hotel. Everything from a private car waiting to take us to restaurants when requested, the gold swan taps in the lavatories to salty snacks served with your beer, it's the little things that make this establishment worth every penny. Would also recommend having a freshly made cocktail from... More

First off, fantastic location. Easy walking distance to Republic Square. about 2 blocks to a major train station, tram stop about a block away. Cafes surrounding you. Hotel itself -- clean, perfect English by the staff, wifi free at 512 Mbps or you can pay for faster. If you get an executive room, you get the faster wifi included. The... More

We stayed four nights in the Imperial which has a historic interior going back to early 1900. In particularly the restaurant ( as can be seen on the general photo) is outstanding. The service is effective , quick and pleasant. Our room was relatively small but very well laid out and decorated. One key problem with any old building is... More
