Having spent quite some time searching through various web sites I finally found the hotel I was looking for. What a superb hotel in every way! The food was incredible!! It came up to my expectations and delivered for what i asked. Four of us travelled for a two day break in Prague to see the city and above all... more

After looking at the web site I DID expect a slightly glitzier Lobby/Reception. The vast majority of Deco Flavor and Design can be seen in the lovely cafe, and closed off "old reception" desk area. The main reception area is unimpressive but don't be worried, the rooms are stunning. Over the course of the visit (we left to see other... more

On arrival there was no limo as ordered to pick us up so phoned the hotel who arranged another limo from a neighbouring hotel. He gave us a short tour of the sites and then dropped us off, where we were met by most apologetic staff. We then received an upgrade to executive for the mistake and were delighted with... more

We stayed here in May 09 and had a great time, the hotel is fairly central and only a few minutes away from Wenceslas Square, Old Town Square and Charles Bridge. The hotel is next to a huge new shopping centre, it even had M & S (probably the cheapest place to buy wine). The room was ok but truthfully... more

Got into Prague from a late flight and had the hotel send someone to pick me up with their service. They sent an italian looking supermodel :P that whisked me to the hotel in his mercedes. No joke. So it was a great start to my trip :) Check in was very quick and when i got into my room... more

We visted Prague this April as a family and stayed at the Imperial Hotel . We had visited the city 4 years ago and stayed in an apartment but this time we treated ourself to some 5 Star luxury. The children are aged 10, 12 and 14 so we were concerned that they would not enjoy the visit as much... more

This is a really nice hotel. The staff were excellent, the rooms were large, beautiful and very clean. Easy walk into the old town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. more

Our travel agent booked this room for us, so I was expecting a comfortable room but not much more. We also had an outdated copy of the Prague travel guide and it listed the Imperial as a hostel without air conditioning. This building underwent a massive restoration in 2006-2007 and it's obvious that they spared NO expense in their rebuilding.... more

My husband & I stayed 3 nights at the Imperial in November 2008.We chose the hotel mainly due to its location, (being a stone’s throw from Old Town), and we weren’t disappointed - a few minutes walk to Old Town Square and the designer shops of Josefov and another 10 mins walk to New Town. We couldn’t fault the hotel... more

Room - fairly small and the gold decor a bit OTT. Only BBC World News on the TV which was abysmal. Bathroom was lovely but towels too small. Breakfast was only mediocre. I had to ask for my tea to be made with very hot water, which the staff did willingly. The scrambled egg was tough and the bacon fatty... more
