Just back from short break to Prague . new have used this hotel many times . It is ideally placed to use as a base to tour the city . The hotel has very friendly staff the accommodations are clean and comfortable . The complimentary bottle of wine was most appreciated .

Very enjoyable experience in Prague. Large comfortable room with kitchen and dining table. Basic and nutritious breakfast each day. Knowledgeable and very helpful staff to help get around and find things. Easy walk to Peace Square where you can board many of the Tram lines. Getting around town is a breeze. I stayed at Hotel Orion from March 7th-14th, 2015. I was absolutely blown away by the attentiveness of the Staff, specifically Jiri Tlaskal the General Manger, and the supporting staff throughout the day/night. Highlights: * Free Wifi * FANTASTIC location * Great room size (Could sleep up to 5 in the room comfortably) * Competitive Rate * Kitchen * Free... More

We were impressed by the size of the accommodation, huge room, longe chairs, comfy bed, separate kitchen and large walk in shower. Could not fault this place, lovely friendly reception and help yourself at breakfast. Would recommend as near enough to walk to centre. Also great bars and restaurants closeby. Very good value for your money.

Staying in Vinohrady & Vrsovice

Neighborhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighborhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
