I stayed in Orion for 3 nights. I got a room on the top floor, with a nive bathroom with bath and shower. Hairdryer was provided. The kitchen has all the basics: fridge, two cooking stoves, a wather boiler and cutlery and plates. The reception is open 24/24, with very kindly and helpfull staff. There is free wifi all over... Purchased a city break via Easyjet so didn't know what to expect. The room was massive own kitchen with fridge, cooker, sink etc. seperate hall, bathroom and toilet. Cleanliness was about what you would expect from an ex communist state but ok. Staff outstandingly helpful. Breakfast good. Only down side was the beds which were hard and very squekey but... More

We were lucky to stay in room 64, this had a balcony over looking the city from the 6th floor. Apart from the stunning views the room was clean an spacious. The kitchen is a small size but its everything you need for your stay. The bathroom was a good size with a shower head over a bath. Only a... More

I got the studio room and it was much larger than I expected despite the low cost. Very clean, but it was difficult to get hot water in the shower. Over the staff were great. Some were very friendly while others a little less so. The location was a 15 min walk to Charles Bridge and was also right by... More

I would like to say that Hedvika Alterova was so competent and patient helping us to find solutions for traveling after our one week stay in the Hotel that we enthusiastically encourage other people who would like to go to Prague to stay in this hotel. Excellent location for those who like to walk and visit the wonderful city center.

We have just returned from a four day break staying at this hotel. It was so nice not to be in a "cramped" hotel room, bedroom/longue area very nice and as we were on the second floor we were able to leave windows open. Kitchen area good, I had taken my beloved travel kettle and it never came out of... More

We stayed there for 7 days in August (18-23, 27-29) in different apartments, both were very nice. Large kitchen and rooms with good accommodation, wi-fi was perfect and free. The breakfast was decent with some changes every morning. daily cleaning but they didn't changed us the sheets. The hotel is located about 500 metres far from the metro (namesti miru... More

Don't take room P1 or P2. They are on the ground floor, literally you can get in/out of the room from the windows. This means you cannot open the curtains if you want privacy and you cannot open the windows or somebody can easily get in. Moreover these rooms are noisier than the other rooms, as they are on street... More

The Hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood near restaurants and is a close walk to the metro. The flat was very large with separate bedroom , kitchen and dining area. Staying in Vinohrady & Vrsovice

Neighborhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighborhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
