Staff were always smiling and made us very welcome - especially on reception! Very enjoyable short stay located in excellent location. The rooms had a lot of character, and gave the impression you could be staying in an antiques shop with lots of very interesting items! We will return to this hotel again - hopefully during the summer.

Nice and cosy hotel with long history and it felt like the room in 4th floor (44) had it's own soul :) For families with children, you should ask for room in 4th floor due to some background noise from the Music bar in the basement. The room we got (44) was exelent, windows towards the back yard and we... More

Checked in a couple of days ago. The hotel really looks as in the pictures, we stayed in room 24, with street view. My first reaction was waw! Then I won a bit worried as seen another comment here that there is a problem with noise because of the street.... but nothing important happened! We could sleep more than ok!... More

Stopped for a meal while visiting Prague. Staff was friendly and spoke a good English. The food was very tasty and portions very large, you definitely have to try the potato and mushroom soup, delicious. The salmon pasta was tasty too and my partner fairly enjoyed the mixed platter of meats and dumplings. It's located in the old town at... More

We absolutely loved this hotel, but it definitely won't be for everyone. The actual location is 50 meters from the Charles Bridge and the rooms are very well decorated with baroque styling. The staff were extremely courteous and friendly; the maids are absolutely fantastic. The location of your room is very important. If you are over the street be prepared... More

We had a 2 night stay here and it was perfect from the start. We were met from the airport by a hotel chauffeur who took us to the hotel (for an additional charge). Very nice man who gave us guidance on what to do and see in the city. Checked in, and as the room wasn't ready, went for... More

This hotel is the perfect location for everything in the beautiful city of Prague. We were most unfortunate to get allocated to room 21 there was a constant drip from a drain outside this room that didn't stop 24/7 my three nights in this room nearly drove me insane. I came home exhausted. Even with the window shut you could still hear the noise dripping all the time.

We found this hotel very charming. The paintings and the large, golden frames, the narrow stairs and heavy courtains made us feel like in a Harry Potter movie. We stayed at the top floor and did not hear any noise. To avoid the cigarette smell coming into the sleeping room, keep the door between the small hall/bathroom and the sleeping... More

The hotel is well situated, right at Charles bridge and close to the main square. The staff was friendly and helpful. The wifi worked well and breakfast was above average. Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighborhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
