Stayed in this hotel because i made a mistake booking it, should have stayed at Andels not Andel and of course all was prebooked and i had to stay here. Hotel is in an old building and some of the rooms are in really need of refurbishment. Had some friend staying there and they had rooms and the view out... More

I stayed in this hotel with my boyfriend at the beginning of September. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us at any time. We got a spacious room on the upper floor with a nice view. The breakfast was great, there is a wide choice of meals in cold and warm buffet. You can reach the centre... More

Lack of professionalism as I arrived at the hotel in the early hours and room was not available, so left my luggage in their locked room behind reception, when arrived back at hotel the receptionist gave me the keys to go grab the luggage myself (seemed as she was just lazy) - Booked a Double bed and got given a... We stayed here for work for 5 days in a row. The room was equipped with a 1 person bed and a worn out one person sofa-bed (there wasn't enough space in the room to open it, though). The room doesn't provide much space beside the furniture, which gives a very cramped feeling. There was a concrete wall about 30... More

The last years I visited many times the Czech capitol and was staying in hotels, but the “Hotel Andel” was the worst hotel I ever stood in Prague: Very old furniture in the very small rooms, the bath rooms as old as the rest of the room (rooms 27 and 28), dirty and the breakfast from a very bad quality!... Friendly front desk staff, helpfull and obviouslly undervalued. Breakfast is in very small restaurant, bread is not as fresh as it looks like and sausages were cold (???). Room was ok, but to much noisy for me. It is cheap hotel pretending to be luxury, but nothing special in real. Quality is as same low as is the price.

The rooms are clean but very small and you can tell its a very old hotel. I was there a year and a half ago so maybe the hotel is in a better shape. The breakfast is hot and very nice. The hotel is close to a mall and a shopping area

We came in this hotel with 4 people (and 4 rooms) for business trip (training). All we need was clean, practical rooms with internet (IT-training). The rooms were very small and quite 'used'. In my room the UTP-connector was broken and I asked them to repair. Next day, nothing was done. The day after they came but they didn't know... More

We spent 2 nights here in this clean good quality hotel. Its a little like most large hotels with business and conference facilities in the middle of an International city. From our view, friendly staff, good large clean rooms and a very comfortable safe 2 day stay in Prague. Excellent location with easy and quick access to metro and trams,... More

The first impression is very nice. The hotel looks alright, the receptionist is friendly, there is a lift, the room is clean and big, the minibar is there. The second impression however... you have to give your credit card info for minibar and key and room equipment lien - 20 euro - and the stuff don't let you leave the... More
