Stayed at the Hotel Atos for 3 nights in January. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helped out with any queries we had. It was great that you could buy Tram/Metro tickets on Reception. We had a family room which was very clean and spacious, with a double wardrobe and bedside draws for storage and coat hooks.... More

Check in was fine, the staff was competent if not pleasant. Our room was quite small, very hot and exceedingly loud, and those were the good points. The beds were miserable (hard as a rock and I like a firm mattress) and the pillows filthy and long overdue for replacement as they were flat as a board. We requested and... More

When we first arrived and we went into the room, it was a luggage there so we told them and they gave us another room, but the new room room was in the attic and we did not have enough light. Anyway, I had nothing to say, but my boyfriend was not so pleased. After that, when I went to... More

Booked a four night stay at this hotel due to the excellent price. It is about 15 minute walk to Charles bridge and old town so not the hotel if you want to be in the centre of the old town, we didn't find this a problem found the hotel clean the staff were professional not unfriendly but direct and... We stayed at Hotel Atos for three nights. ARRIVAL - We arrived late evening, the receptionist spoke good English and checking in went smoothly. ROOM - Our room was situated in the attic on the 6th floor. The lift only went as far as the fifth floor but in my opinion that just adds to the character of the hotel.... More

Me and my friend stayed at this hotel for 4 nights in December. It is a brilliant hotel just for someone to sleep. We were out most the day as it is so close to everything. Would recommend the ice bar and Hard Rock Cafe. I'm coming back to Prague in 2 weeks and will be staying here again. For... More

At arrival they let you pay the total sum in advance which feels already unsympathetic, because you have no freedom anymore to make any changes in your period of stay eventually (probably in the past were too many guests who canceled after a few days). WiFi not only not free, but per device! If you complain about this, you are... More

Stayed for two nights. Very average room. Nothing special, but nothing overly bad either. Close to public transportation is a plus, paying for WiFi is not. overall, i probably wouldn't stay here again, not because of a bad experience, but because there might be abetter one at the next place.

dust and stains in carpeting in several rooms. PAID WiFi and PAID locker in room.... very cheap though.. better not have dust allergy or great expectations about motivation of staff. They all seem a bit... ill tempered.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
