Stayed here for 3 nights for days I can't fault the hotel. If I had one gripe ***no free wifi*** its 3€ and all the places I look when checking this hotel back in England said it did. Room was on 5th floor fantastic size for one person. Breakfast 5* cereal, fruit, meats, cheese l, eggs, sausage, bacon, bread, juice, tea... More

Hotel is more than adequately placed for sightseeing in Prague , 10 minute walk to the Old Town area or a short tram ride ( tram stop is one minute from the hotel ). Room 403 basic but clean and comfy , staff warm and friendly and breakfast very good . Overall for the price we paid 5 out of... More

We had a good experience at this hotel. The staff was helpful and spoke English well. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. It was a good sized room for a European hotel. The area seemed safe and we felt comfortable walking around the area at night. Some people on this site have complained about "the little blond at... More

The location of this hotel in Mala Strana (Little Quarter) was excellent for our purposes. The trams run on the street just adjacent to the property. But we were able to walk handily to most attractions from here. The Charles Bridge and Lennon Wall are probably only a ten minute walk away. The only cons in my opinion were that... More

If you goes to room 702 you can talk with other ppl in room 701, so do NOT rent it, also it's on the basement. Room 207 worst bed ever, you can't move in it coz it's scratching like hell. 5 star breakfast, 3eur/24h Wi-fi, helpful staff. It's really close to the city center.

Good morning, thank you for your commentary. Itś a pity that you didn´t come to the reception desk to ask for another bad , if yours was uncomfortable, we should do something about it. Anyway, we are happy that you enjoyed it here! Have a good time. MH More

Nice hotel, enjoyed four days here. Good value, staff as in all receptionists snappy, kitchen waitresses nice, breakfast buffet couldn't fault it except takes ages to toast bread so gave up. Room was good, nice big size, dressing table, big bed, nice and comfy. Good clean tidy bathroom, with hair-dryer. 5 floors plenty of rooms. Bar is just basic, cans... More

I ticked 'Excellent' because I can't find anything to fault. Reception staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. The hotel is clean overall. The room, although not enormous, was warm and comfortable and compared with many hotel groups in UK. Good shower with plenty of hot water, nice bathroom. Breakfast was good, buffet style - cereals, eggs (boiled or scrambled),... More

We stayed here for 3 nights in March. Prague is beautiful and we had perfect weather. The hotel is in very good condition. Nicely located building with spacious rooms and a large bathroom. The shower part of the bathroom could be bigger with all the space there is. The fact that you have to pay for WiFi is disappointing in... More

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Nice and friendly stuff, comfy and quiet rooms, delicious czech cuisine and good location (near National theatre). Nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighborhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighborhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighborhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighborhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
