This is a typical well run, well maintained Marriott property. Service is good, rooms are good. We found the apartment to be a great value for the services provided. The location is a short walk to the downtown and two metro stations. The area looks a little sketchy when arriving at Prague, however its pretty overall pretty typical. Note: There... More

We were upgraded on arrival because it was noted that we had a birthday - we did not have to ask. A very good start to a 4 night break in an excellent apartment with efficient a/c ( outside day temp was 35C most of our stay) The apartment was at the front facing the road, but very quiet at... My wife and I stayed here for four nights on a recent visit to Prague. By booking well in advance, we were able to get a great weekend rate that could be cancelled without penalty. The apartment was spacious, with everything we needed (washer and dryer were down the hall, rather than in the apartment itself, but were free). The... More

My experience in this hotel was very good. The front desk staff made our stay very pleasurable. The location is central. The garage is shared with other companies and you need to reserve your spot. Rooms are clean, equipped with full kitchen.

My stay at this property from 1st July to 4th July was absolutely amazing. A perfect heaven in heritage city of Prague. Super fast check in, well furnished apartment, with all you need from cooking to toiletries, spacious with apt furniture, classy decor, good spacious apartment. Front office most eagerly helps you for any number of queries, not once irritated... More

We had a great 4 night stay at the Marriot. We had a studio room which was huge and much bigger than expected. The hotel is on a quiet street, and easy walk to Wencesleas Square and all the other sites. The room was well equipped for cooking simple meals. There is a full sized fridge and a good assortment... First off we are Marriott members, but we always try to be unbiased. We stayed for four nights in early June. We stayed on the sixth floor with fabulous views of the old town. The hotel is situated just out of the tourist rush, but just a short walk away. The room comes with a full kitchen, we however just... More

As others have mentioned this is a Marriott Executive Apartments property, it is meant for long-term stays, so housekeeping twice a week (other than fresh towels and emptying the garbage daily). It also means you only get 2.5 MR points (instead of 10). The location was just okay. I barely noticed any red-light businesses around the area. It is relatively... More

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighborhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred meters long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theaters. National Theater near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
