We recently stayed at this hotel and all was great and clean the only disappointment was that I left £40.00 in a pair of my jeans and when checking these which were in the wardrobe the day before leaving the money had been stolen, access to the trams is only a 5 minute walk and you can get the 9... Definitely would not recommend! The hotel staff was extremely inpolite, their English knowledge is poor, dinners were extremely bad, even for a budget hotel. On my first night there, I found a black hair in my pasta! There is not enough tables in the restourant and many plates are damaged. It's a 10-floor hotel, and therefore they have two lifts.... This is a basic hotel, but it is clean and the staff were helpful. It is a 5 minute walk to the tram stop and then a 30 minute tram ride into the city. If you need a place to kip for the night that is inexpensive, then this is ideal.

ThIs hotel isn't the poshest of hotels and does look dated but the rooms are huge. The breakfast is basic and the receptionist does speak a little English and will help you if asked. It is a bit of mess about trying to get to thee hotels without using a taxi but can be done with ease. Travel from the... More

Receptionist were not kind and polite, they couldn't speak english, except one. They tried to cook italian food, but it didn't taste good. Italian people usually appreciate more good local food than too-much-cooked pasta. Rooms are not as bright as in the pictures, the pressure of the shower was very low and free Wi-Fi is available just in the reception,... More

Hotel looks like after WWII renovation. It is still deep in socialism; rooms are untidy and ful of hair, bathroom is old and needs renovation. Above all, maids took old towels that we used and thrown to the floor- we went for a city tour and after got back in the room, found them picked up off the floor and... More

I have just returned from a two night stay at the hotel. My brother, my nephew & myself decided to try out Prague so I booked everything separately, starting with this hotel. My initial 'target' was cost & I must say this place delivered big time on that. It worked out at less than £10.00 per person/ per night &... More

I am not satisfied with this hotel. If I had traveled to Prague in my arrangement I wouldn't have picked it. But my husband and I went with a travel agency for New Year's Eve and I accepted the hotel as something that I have to accept, without complaint, fact. To tell the truth the hotel is well connected to... More

Stayed 3 nights. The room assigned to us was large although it stayed quite warm. We slept with the balcony door open to let in some cool air even though it was December. The hotel is austere when it comes to decor; hardly any framed pictures on the walls in rooms or common areas. Make sure when you taken tram... More

Dining at the hotel is old but ok. The hotel is clean. Breakfast was excellent. Distance from the town 30min tram.Tram No. 9 goes to the center. After midnight, every hour goes tram from the center. Near the hotel market Billa.
